    A French fry 😂 I would of been sad to sell that van but like you said life happens and sometimes we have to do changes we don’t like. Good luck with everything !

    i sold my Hiace early 2023, and while it wasn't anywhere near as nice as yours, it was kinda sad that it was also converted to a vanlife rig. the thing i liked most about it was its exteme versatility in stock form

      So true. Absolutely nothing like it. I still think about finding something that's small enough for town, but big enough for my extended family and have room for luggage and, can do a trip driving down the beach or drive through flooded roads plus, have enough power and amenities to still be practical daily. It's the only car to ever tick those boxes.

      @@nathansharma87Z is good for high power builds. You can push it to its limits by sending it to a engine machinist. I sent mines out to Aussie to get it forged and rebuilt. Makes 200hp on 30 psi of boost and 390lb-ft of torque
      Could go for 50 psi and make 400.. should I?

    • @nathansharma87
      @nathansharma87  Рік тому

      @@Stephen-uz8dm not really different. I'm guessing Toyota took the Lexus platform and built a Toyota version of an RX300 or something.

    Nathan, in your opinion, are hiaces built to the same level of durability as landcruisers? They are definitely 3rd world champs.

    • @nathansharma87
      @nathansharma87  Рік тому +1

      Yep, Hiace, Landcruiser and Hilux all built to last 25 years in a third world environment.

    Your video made me wonder do people from Aus look in NZ for their jap imports? If it's cheaper to ship from NZ it makes sense in my head that people might actually look to NZ then instead of Japan.

    • @nathansharma87
      @nathansharma87  Рік тому +2

      No most cars never leave NZ. I think the process is simpler to ship from Japan but yeah...I've thought about that myself allot.
