We all want to be loved, let’s admit it. But it’s when we are seeking it too much because we have a lack of it in the first place, that’s when we feel empty inside, like we have a void inside of us that just urges to be filled. But how do we ever fill this void?

I might have yapped a bit in this video, still very new to this style of talking with my raw thoughts and feelings in front of my iPhone camera. But basically, we should love ourselves first before trying to love others. Cause it’s when we try loving others without loving ourselves, that’s when we put all our value and worth in them, eg, their thoughts and feelings about us, so if they think we’re trash, WE think we’re universally trash. And it becomes this unhealthy attachment where it’s like you don’t just want people to fill up this empty void inside of you, but you NEED people to fill this empty void inside of you. See the difference?

I really like you're perspective and the way youre thinking. I also think things like this and realizing stuff. Another important reason to love yourself first is because if you need other people to fill that void, you will inevitably hurt them and in worst cases damage or traumatize them. I think in time you will create a style for yourself how you want to talk
