Zbrush ChainMail & Micromesh Tutorial
Вставка

- Micromesh is a really easy and good way to generate actual geometry for your models. This is helpful for things like mesh, cloth, chainmail, etc.
Just keep in mind that once applied it will be actual geometry and therefore HEAVY!

Great video, as always! It would also be interesting to see how to bake this chainmail in substance
yes of course! i will prepare a short, it is very simple
You know several good things for the 3D world and too know good explain, thanks for share your knowledge.
@@marcelodeniz3932 thanks Marcelo!
thank you, this was very useful and just what i needed rn ❤
You’re welcome 😊
LOVE YA MAAAAAAAAAN
GREAT!
You have a walkthrough video on the sculpting that character and the armor?
not on this character but i have several courses that cover those techniques in my website. also last stream i did a doom mask and i used the same techniques to do the armor
@@AbeLeal3D yeah I have Oni course. Need to overcome my adhd and finish it! Kind of my interest is doing fully fledged armor with ornate designs. I just use a meta human from UE to build off since my primary focus is to learn armor / clothing since organic forms in creatures can be more time consuming.
Hey abe Great vídeo, you should do a Maya introduction course, I want to switch from blender to Maya, would be very helpful. Thank you
@@Lampreia90 way ahead of you my friend ;) www.abeleal3d.com/courses/intro-to-maya
Hey Abe just wanted know if i use micro poly ho can unwrap it for texture?
Hey abe i just want to ask you that why use micro mesh only you could use nano mesh also right? If there is any difference please explain thank you 😊
great question, so i think nanomesh is better suited for other types of patterns, i prefer micromesh due to the weld option and the fact that you dont need to tweak too many things
wow, damn 27 milion 💀💀
zbrush can easily handle them, i think the highest character i did was at like 120 million, and my pc at the time only had 32gb of ram, the more ram the bigger you can go
@@AbeLeal3D thanks for the tips, I was really afraid when my mesh hit a million...I rarely did Sculpting so that's surprise me
How to convert micromesh into normal texture/displacement texture? As you know we can't spend 10 million polys on to just a single character in game...
you bake them down into a low poly mesh
@@AbeLeal3D how in which menu?
