The reverse lockout is so important! Good of you to include it! I had one without the lockout thinking, you can't hit reverse, the synchros won't let you. But what happens is... your merging on a busy wet highway trying to find 5th without hitting the reverse gate so instead you hit 3rd. It's wet, you just topped out 4th and your changing lanes so then your car is like all sideways in a place where it's better to be straight. Then you think, I wish I had bought the SERIALNINE CD999, I would be in 5th gear right now.
It will depending on the adapter kit used. Any plate style may require a bit of cutting to fit the shifter housing through. Our CD-PRO kit moves the transmission over 1" forward vs plate style kits.
With the CD-PRO Kit the flywheel is included. We have two versions: Single or Multi. The single uses any 350Z clutch and the multi uses TILTON 7.5" triple plate metallic clutch.
It only needs around 3" of clearance to install. Unfortunately to drop the trans the exhaust needs to at least be split. If the DS has enough engagement then it can stay IF you can snake the shifter by it.

Where do you buy it from??
Would be REAL nice if I could get this in without dropping the driveshaft and exhaust right now. FFS
