I'm adding the IPD kit to my XC60 R-Design now. My shop used their spring compressor on the front struts to cut down on having to take everything apart.

Hey thanks for the video. I just bought a 2012 V60 T6 (non cross country) and it only comes with 136mm of clearance. I wanted to add more clearance but after seeing this I think it might be too much work for a shop to get done to add more clearance. Do you think it would be easier for a shop to simply add higher suspension instead of a lift kit like this ?

    Great project!
The tires you installed were 245/65/17 correct? IPD installed 245/70/17 on their project car. Do you think you can increase the ratio to 70? Did you have to cut any metal sub-frame to fit the wheels?
By the way, where did you get the black wheel arch? I need these for my 2011 XC60

Didn't really have to get into metal. Just plastics

Will the suspension be in the stock neutral position because subframe spacers were used?
I want to raise my SPA S60 0.5 to 1”. The strut and spring spacer kits I looked at don’t include subframe spacers, so I am concerned that the suspension won’t be in a neutral position.

Hi, this build makes me jealous 😁, but not willing to lift and cut my v60cc as im planning to keep it for long and daily driving, any ideas what tires the stock will fit, not sure even about 235/55 r18 as even stock 235/50 r18 seems to not leave much space, but there arent any offroad tires for stock sizes.

I'll have to do some research on this. I would advise playing with numbers on a tire size calculator. They're easy to find on Google

@@discover4x4 i have tried, but measuring is hard, seems very close and as i dont want to lift, it would be an expensive experiment. its a rare model, not much available on internet. thought you might have tried something before lift.
