Being a 21 year Air Force veteran and seeing the SR-71 in service on Okinawa (Kadena AB) I can attest to how much they leak while on the ground. I hope this can be modeled into your project. Looking forward this bird's release.
I have Brian Shuls' book "Sled Driver". I grew up in Palmdale California Next to Skunkworks. He signed it to me back in 93. I was 8 lol. Awesome Cant wait!
Very excited to hear of progress on the Blackbird, beyond excited for it, can’t wait for it, sick of checking your site several times a week hoping for it to magically appear or at least a date announced! Disappointed to hear a formal launch date is still lacking, but realise that as a trade off we get to hold it to insanely high standards and get an excellent product in the end which I respect. You guys have said in the past that it’s going to a “very difficult study-level” aircraft once it’s out, so I can only hope those aspects core & crucial to it’s flight readiness are done first and the aircraft released while the more “cosmetic mechanics ” (please pardon my lack of a better word at this time) such as start sequences and refueling etc are added overtime as updates. But I know you guys are not taking suggestions/requests at this time but for what it’s worth I thought I’d take the couple minutes to type this and put it out there 🤷🏻♂️ All that said thanks for this update video and wish you all an excellent 2024! 🍻🍀
LOL "the other F-16". Great products but it will be hard to compete with the DCS counterparts in MSFS. Some companies are doing both DCS and MSFS. Maybe one day......... The retro KBAB scenery is awesome. More military bases past and present would be beneficial.

PLEASE stick to your principles, about only releasing planes that you are 100% SATISFIED with!! Yes, the Shrikes are "nice" - but they are still great! 🥰🥰🥰🥰 But PLEASE take the time you need, so we'll get a proper product!! I know (some) people are impatient. But you know as well as I do : Those are the same people, who complain and whine about every single little "flaw" they think anything has. 😂 Please don't give them the satisfaction. 😉🥰🥰🥰
I have questions the motor is the real life or custom for becchctaft sounds and how much this beautifull airplane merry Christmas black bird Simulations

Sometimes development times need to be pushed back as we work to implement new ideas or concepts thought of along the way. We never want to release half-baked products, and our upcoming UH-1H will showcase that 🙂 Can confidently say, the wait won't be TOO long as of now! These all look great and I'm sure they will be awesome, however since I'm heavily into DCS combat aircraft in VR, I'd probably be bored out of my mind flying these around in MSFS 😂 I do occasionally use MSFS when I'm not flying IRL (private pilot GA). But DCS is the sh*t

Bought a documentary on VHS that I still have in my video collection and I visited the one on the Intrepid in Manhattan a few times. I think that's the A-12 variant. That said, I was definitely considering getting yours even as I wrote that comment 😂 I think I remember flying one in X-plane years ago, or was that the U2 or both?
They mention the MH-60 for being to clasified to be a Blackbird release. So the want to make it a Shrike release. Therefore not a close to one on one copy but flyable in sim. At time stamp 16:21

Looking forward to the SR-71! I just visited the one at Robins AFB last month. Didn't get to see in the cockpit but seeing the plane was amazing.
