Whatever you may think do not become sick of your own as it is melodious, as I always completely not only enjoy watching your videos and always learn something new, please don't over tax your body. As someone who has always had to be careful about tasks that I take on I do relate. In my youth I would attempt to take on far too much and pay the price by being laid up for days and weeks before getting back to the job at hand. Over time I have learnt to work slower and take breaks, if it means completing it over a week or so
I would like to see you more of you if you could work that out. I love this video style. You are so positive, bubbly, and you always always have a smile on you face. I too have chronic aches and pains. You inspire me so much....thanks for all that you do.
I like seeing you on screen however, do whatever is best for you. Great recipe & I will make it when the warmer weather comes along. Its depressingly cold here in Melbourne. Thanks Ariyele :)
oy! you poor thing. winter is rough, but the weather always changes. you'll have summer again. thanks for tuning in even though our weather seasons aren't the same. maybe i'll do a special for all my australian fans. holla!
i've been lucky enough to not have any allergies/chronic illnesses (aside from the occasional outbreak of "absolutely stupid") but i LOVE the freshness/healthiness of your recipes! as far as future vids go, i like watching you actually cooking (health permitting) but when you can't, the voice-overs are excellent, too.
thanks so much for the vote, and i'm grateful to have all the healthy eating nuts in my camp. i've noticed your name pop up a bit with such positivity. thank you. XO
I love videos like this! BUT I do understand that with a Chronic illness sometimes the other videos may be easier so they too are acceptable. I just like seeing your craziness and deliciousness as often as possible!
Looks delicious! And you are looking radiant :) I would vote for number 1..I always love seeing you. However, if you are busy, stressed or underweather the new videos are perfectly fine too :)
I prefer this video style - I love how you act in front of the camera, I like to listen to you, you are so funny and kind! :-) I really like this recipe. I'm a big raw fennel lover and this lemon dressing sounds like the perfect match.
Ariyele Ressler Oh, and keep doing whatever you want to do. I watch to find good tips and inspiration. So do the format that keeps you the most inspired...
Kat Bat yes, i've been working for the past month to make this happen. thank YOU for watching, and check out today's update to be kept in the loop on the future of KIR world. I'm Back! With 3 HUGE Announcements from Keepin' It Real World
you had me at fresh :) Luckily, the chronic pain I had from Fibromyalgia has been in sort of a remission... I only rarely have it now...always waiting for the other shoe to drop lol... It is SUPER hot in south florida but I don't mind... I make sure I get outdoors every day since I'm stuck in a sterile office all day :). The recipe looks great.
i'm SO happy to hear you're going through a good period. i know how that is, and WOW do i love me some good periods! glad you make it outside, and take good care of yourself. thanks for watching and being such a lovely and loyal fan. i love seeing your name on my comment feed!
Apart from the deliciousness in your channel :) I subscribed also because of your wonderful and radiant personality. So yeah....I would like to see more of you....if your health permits of course! Love you and your channel! Keep it up girl and God bless.
I completely agree with you Jenny. As I eat salads for the majority of the year. They absolutely fill the plate, I also incorporate fruit with the vegetables. It's not unusual if there's too much to eat in one meal. That does not worry me as I eat what I want and put the rest for breakfast the next day. Breakfast is my main meal of the day and if I feel a little hungry at night I will have four Rry Vita dry biscuits with Tomatoes Cheese and Lettuce no butter spread, I use Avacardo instead
you know you're a foodie when you get a badass knife for your bday. love when my husband shows up even just with tupperware! as for your question, i think 3. a combo would be cool. maybe more complex dishes more of your lovely face and simpler dishes just do voice overs. *shrugs* hope you're doing well, love.
Hi there, this is so cool :-) Yep keep yourself in the vids because lets be honest we are here for YOU!! :-) This Summer (Australian Winter) I left Australia and my husband and I have been traveling through London and now over to Europe. Doing the whole South of France, and Italian Rivera thing. So far so good :-) Where in the USA are you? I'd love to be in vied to one of your BBQ :-) Peace x
what a wonderful european tour you've been on! i'm in california, and if you lived here, i'd definitely invite you to one of my bbq's. enjoy your vacay and thanks for tuning in from the road! XO
I agree. This looks SO fen-nom-nom! And I'd love more of the host and the chit chat style personally. But work with what you need for your health. An incapacitated host doesn't do anyone any good, regardless of production style. Keep up the great work! :D
Hi will you do gluten free egg tools include that's fried or baked a recipe to make your own wrapper for the egg rolls that will work for any recipe...also maybe a soy free sauce recipe..
good idea. i'm happy for the challenge. i have a soy free sauce that i make in my seared salmon recipe. Napa Cabbage Brown Rice Pasta Salad + Pan Seared Salmon this sauce is great for dipping with spring rolls, egg rolls, and over this dish. stay tuned!
@3:37 I'm not convinced that using your hands to season is more accurate than a measuring device. Granted, I always use my hands, but it *IS* less accurate than say, a teaspoon.
You are so totally Awesome!! Stay in front of the camera!! I love you personality!! Plus you make the food look so dam good you must try it!! Hahahaha!!

This is the first time I have seen your channel, and I liked seeing you.
This was my first time watching you and I enjoyed it very much! Thank you!
More of you, please! Heading out on a road trip in the Rocky Mountains. Gonna try this when we get back. Yum!
enjoy!
I would like to see you more of you if you could work that out. I love this video style. You are so positive, bubbly, and you always always have a smile on you face. I too have chronic aches and pains. You inspire me so much....thanks for all that you do.
It's always good to see the artist putting their receipe together. Hope it isn't too difficult to edit and all.
Thank you for your best and delicious recipe. I love that. Please let me know where can I buy grater and what is it’s name. Thanks
I like seeing you on screen however, do whatever is best for you. Great recipe & I will make it when the warmer weather comes along. Its depressingly cold here in Melbourne. Thanks Ariyele :)

I love videos like this! BUT I do understand that with a Chronic illness sometimes the other videos may be easier so they too are acceptable. I just like seeing your craziness and deliciousness as often as possible!

I still remember your "fennel puppet show"...awesome! And this looks way too good to pass up for a bbq or picnic!
great memory! even i had forgotten about fennel and carrots' little squabble. thanks for watching love. XO
Looks delicious! And you are looking radiant :) I would vote for number 1..I always love seeing you. However, if you are busy, stressed or underweather the new videos are perfectly fine too :)
really helpful input, and thanks for the love. XO
I like both. The chat with you and the artistic videos. mix it up
good call. that's probably what will end up happening due to health anyway. but i still wanted to see what folks wanted.
Bug crawling across the cutting board @ 4:28. Needed the protein LOL.
I vote for More A! .. I love to see Ariyele and her samurai seltzer!
I prefer this video style - I love how you act in front of the camera, I like to listen to you, you are so funny and kind! :-)
I really like this recipe. I'm a big raw fennel lover and this lemon dressing sounds like the perfect match.
thanks love! i appreciate your kind words more than you know--and the feedback too!
I do this with fennel, oranges and parsley. You can even throw in some of the pulp from the citrus. Great with fish...try it!
TheBejjan yum. i've tried many a fennel citrus salad, esp in winter when citrus is the bomb. thanks!
Ariyele Ressler Oh, and keep doing whatever you want to do. I watch to find good tips and inspiration. So do the format that keeps you the most inspired...
Definately enjoyed this episode!

What are the green herbs parsley or celantro?
Fennel slaw kills regular cabbage slaw! Great looking summer side Ariyele!

What were the herbs used?
I prefer this style as well. :) How have you been doing the last couple months?

Yummy. I imagine a raw egg mixed in (or even beef tartare).

Love your videos either way.
