Oh yeah the 4 blade did give a better bite and slightly better hole shot. On the big wife aluminum boats we will definitely have a sliding issue. Just the natural of them. It did improve it some. With the motor lowered all the way you should be fine
I can fish 12” Of water really good. I’ve got on a pad in 2.5’ of water. Haven’t tried to jump up any shallower than that. I have ran across one flat that was 1.5 to 2’ deep
👍😎✌
Thanks for the ride. I am definitely ready to go fishing as soon as this weather cooperates
You bet! Same here! Good lord willing we’re finally over the nasty cold weather. I’m ready for spring!
Guess I need to try a 4 blade. Did that give you more bite? My issue is porpoising and sliding in turns.
A 4 blade will give you a little quicker hole shot and better bite when cornering. You may need to try a jack plate or move motor to a different hole.
Yeah I have a 6” manual JP and the motor is all the way down (stock).

For the sliding, I put a hydrofoil on. Too many close calls sliding my tin rig in to the bank in turtle bayou or luces bayou
@@darryldavenport1158 nice! I’ll have to slap one on mine and see how it does
How skinny can it get?

Cool. Nice rig.
@ranchhandrandy3213 thanks bud! I really have enjoyed this boat. If you like to marsh fish this is definitely the right boat for it.
