Yes it is well worth the investment on Kurts Card Care. I bought a kit myself and I use the card spray and polish all the time. I also have become good at restoring cards from watching Kurts videos. I don't see the need to question his products. I liked and subbed your channel and I hope you like the card card kit that Kurt has made.
I like the product also but there’s a lot of skeptical people who weren’t sure about it. So I went ahead and made a video in the interest of putting those concerns to rest. Appreciate the sub. I’ll be producing more content!
Without PSA providing sub grades to show why they gave your card the grade it received makes it feel like a crap shoot when submitting your cards to them. You can send two cards to PSA that are absolutely identical in every single way, then receive a 9 on one, a 7 on the other, and have zero idea as to why
centering centering centering. that first card is offcentered. Now, if this is just pc not worried and flipping and or value cool. otherwise try to start using a centering gauge first. New subscriber. Not trying to beat ya down or anything, just tough love. Keep at your passion.
You’re extra late because that Black 1/1 Wemby that was graded those guys shouted out Kurt’s card card in the video outside of PSA’s office. They’re fully aware.
@The-Famous-Davis I’m convinced PSA doesn’t even look at them that closely as far as the difference between a 9 and a 10. I’ve seen so many cards graded 10 that have obvious flaws even looking through the slab at a distance. I think it has to do with the grader and the pop report. PSA was a good idea for vintage but the emphasis people put on 10s versus 9s is completely unwarranted.
@@The-Famous-Davis ya you never know what psa will give you Beckett is a lot easier especially with thicker cards. Kurt’s spray is pretty much a glass cleaner I have used both and both do the same thing
@@RUSSBOSKI88 Yeah any cleaning solution without dyes Pretty much do the trick. I have a Panini 1&1 Evan Mobley RPA /99. It came encased but I still want to clean it.
@@The-Famous-Davis I also have Kurt’s care I’m not saying it’s bad but for the price of 50 bucks it’s pretty high. I really haven’t had any luck with the wax. It seems like it doesn’t get any scratches out
I got them out of a break so bare hands touched the cards. Smudges and fingerprints were on them. After I cleaned them they looked immaculately better. I got back 9’s & 10’s from my PSA submission.
Used this kit to clean a Micky Mantle 1952 Topps PSA 1, resubmitted it to PSA and it came back as a PSA 10. For $49.99, it's worth it.
That’s incredible!
😂
Yeah-I'm callin bullshit., no way you get a 10 from a 1. Sorry fool.
@@jakobh6257I know he’s joking but what can you really do? At least try and get the best possible grade you know?

How do you use the spray? And when would you use the spray???

@@chucknorrisvv9089 Fact is You can have a flawless PSA 10 card & the grader can throw You a NM-MT 8. All I’m saying is you up your chances.
The only major issue is centering, something you can’t control. Sweet video 😊
Appreciate your input and support. Gonna do the hobby proud!
Nice video. But wouldn't someone have Crack open and resubmit cards that didn't use the kit to see if it's worth it?
I used it on all of them shown.
Buy a 10x loupe. This is what will help even more than cleaning cards.
What is that?
Jewelers loupe
Pretty good sub!
Great video ..
Appreciate your support Broh!

Even when I look at it with a microscope I get lost with centering. Terrible 🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️ Appreciate the sub and comments.
If psa see this they might take your cards down like they have done recently they aren’t to big on Kurt

100%
Look at the centering. They more than 60/40
But sometimes PSA just obliterates you on grading. It has me baked sometimes. I go over all my cards with an actual microscope and still get jerked.

Your going to get the same grades without the card care your sending all 2022 cards newer cards. Try using the product on older cards like 90s
Even in my last submission, I got a few 10’s, a couple 9’s, 🗣️A BUNCH OF 8’s for no reason why. PSA is tougher than Beckett in my opinion.

does kurts card care hurt matte cards?
No. There’s products to use on each different type of card from waxed to straight up paper.
