- This is great practice to do during your work day to release tension and stress from your body, connect with your breath and give yourself a little reset. I'll guide you through releasing tension in the body as well as some shoulder and hip mobility.
You don’t need any special clothes or equipment, just your office chair and 10 minutes. Invite some of your colleagues to do it with you!
