Love it!! That intro was awesome! That is an awesome keezer and a phenomenal video as always. Also definitely looking forward to seeing what other upgrades you make to your system. I'm a little jealous of your lawnmower weather while I'm freezing my butt off up north!
Great content man! I dig the 2-camera thing with the basketball shot. I think that high-note in take-on-me is "in a day or TWOOOOOOOOO" - pretty sure. Stay cool man.
Great work on the video! The energy and bits of silliness really put the love of brewing on display 😁 I'm planning on a mexican lager in a couple months and have been thinking about what to do with the flaked corn I'll have left after that recipe, might have to make it one of these!
Great video and congrats on the new gear! Between the keezer and the grain basket, this video could have drug out way longer so I definitely appreciate how you edited the video to keep things concise.
I've been thinking about a grain basket for a while. I have no desire to buy a crazy electric system, but I wondered if a grain basket would be good for a low teck brewer like myself. I like that you can sparge. Hadn't even thought about that, but I did watch your vid where the bag burned and thought then "what about a grain basket". I''m new enough that I don't know how important a mash out is, but I would like to be able to start the burner back up and keep the mash temp somewhat consistent. Not going for perfect here.
Just found this video, i got some questions. What size mega pot are you using so as to fit that stainless steel grain basket. I was thinking of doing the same thing.
Hey teach! This is Luke’s, dad. Not sure how too DM on here(if it’s possible), but we have too get together, brotha. Would like too pick your brain, Brian. 🍻
Hey, how’s it going? It’s not possible to DM on UA-cam but I also have an Instagram account, ElementaryBrewingCo.Visalia, you can hit me up there. Luke said you were getting into home brewing, that’s awesome! I’d be glad to help you out with any questions!
@@ElementaryBrewingCo Right on, UA-cam is my only social outlet. I’ll try too get a hold of you through a friends acct. Maybe we can get together on a brew day in the future. Cheers, brotha!
Dude I killed my last cream ale I had on tap, brewing it again soon. I saw you sparged with wort, do you see a efficiency jump when you do that? Never sparged with just wort before.
Such a tasty style!! I do see an efficiency bump, I sort of think it’s just like recirculating but with a higher temp water. Makes it easier too since I don’t have to figure out water additions for 2 separate waters.

Keezer looks hella good! I absolutely love the nukataps, no stickiness like you get with the traditional design. Never going back!
Love this! Your editing has really gotten good Brian, keep up the awesome work! And a damn good sounding beer too
Thanks Trent!!!

Thanks!! It seems like the west is warmer than usual and the middle and east is colder!!!
My absolute favorite song of the 80's!! Now my son loves it too. 😀 Nice job on the beer and keeper build!! Cheers!!!
And we totally butchered it 😂
Great job on the keezer! 2022 looks like it’ll be a hot year in Cali. You’re gonna need all the lawnmower beer 🍺 you can get on tap.
It’s almost always lawnmower weather here for sure!!! Thanks for watching!!
Say bye Papa.... best ever!!!
😂😂
I love watching this channel is perfect 👍

Nice score there B Man, you seem stoked with it 🍻🍻

😂 I’ve always wondered what he sang, either way there’s no way I’m hitting that note 😂
When in doubt, include Dad in the content. I always enjoy a nice Cream Ale. Well done!
He’s always good for some one liners😂cheers Curt 🍻

Thanks!!! Yes for sure Mexican lagers and cream ales all day with the corn. Definitely 2 of my favorite styles!!!
Really stepped up your filming/editing game! Great video and fantastic setup 👌

My thoughts exactly! Thanks Lisa I shouldn’t ever have to replace it like I do the bag.

It is a 15gallon mega pot with the basket from a Clawhammer 10gallon system.
Great vid Elementary! Did your efficiency go up with the recirculation and basket?
Thanks!! Yes efficiency got better for sure!!
Love your new set up Brian love your special guest too do you pick up any corn flavor in your cream ale?
Thanks! No, I don’t notice it at all. I may try corn sugar next time and see if there’s a difference using that instead.
Curious where you sourced the drip tray. It seems like the ones I’ve seen aren’t as wide as yours.
I got it online from keg outlet. Cheers 🍻
@@ElementaryBrewingCo Thx!
How did you route the " fan " cable and how do you power it? Quality video as always! 👍
Just runs through the back and plugs in. I run it right next to the Inkbird temp probe and the lid just closes over it.
Lets see the inside of your Keezer. What size is it and how many kegs fit?
You got it! Coming soon!!! Fits three 5 gallon kegs and one 2.5 gallon
