Thank you for your contribution to Fermented February. I am really enjoying this collaboration as each contributor is doing such a great job of presenting, so even a new person to fermentation is left with the knowledge and confidence to do this fermentation.

Me Too! I'm the same way when it comes to fermenting. This collab has reminded me how much I enjoy fermenting and fermented foods!! Getting my fermenting basket down from the top of the pantry!
I have learned so much from these collaborations! And Anna’s is the first place I learned about fermentations. I’m not fearful of fermenting anymore! And know that it is so healthy to do and to eat. I know what goes in those jars and I know how it goes in those jars. And I always put in extra love.
I have carrots still in the ground I forgot about, pulled a couple up the other day and they look great. I think a batch of carrot kraut will be in my future. Thanks for the video!

What is not to love with carrot, lemon and ginger?!?!?! This on a burger, on the side of a plate, or heck, JUST ON A SPOON! YUM! The carrot slaw with the sugar and raisins is a good idea for any overflow for jars. Super cool to have a sweet idea too! I love carrots so this is a keeper for sure!
I really like fermented carrot sticks so I can't imagine not liking this, And I planted lots of carrots last fall for my winter garden. Sounds like a match made in heaven.
