I just wish that it had dynamic split screen for the cult. That way one can be working on the farm while the other can do the sermon instead of being stuck together. Otherwise, I'm happy to have 2 player

I personally hate split screen because I get confused, but I do agree that it kinda sucks

You are awesome. You give every character a different voice, which just makes it so much more enjoyable. It’s like breathing life into something that isn’t truly alive.
Closing out the workday by providing us with another fantastic upload and feeding my endless need for content. The voices are such a great addition. Looking forward to more episodes hopefully!

Most of the content add in the past updates was past the "finale" boss so you will be missing a bit till you beat them agein
One of my fav game❤ rounded this game a couple of times, cant wait to get one of my friends to join the fun of cult life😂

I can understand why no split screen. It could shorten gameplay hugely.

You were both talking about how you wish you knew more about the lore. Later in the game you’ll be able to discover secret rooms that gift the player with lore tablets to read allowing you to get a deeper understanding of the world you’re in!

Remote Play works.
But weird... Supposedly both players need a controller plugged in, but only one will have to be set to keyboard while the other is set to controller.

Unless I'm mistaken, the bishops didn't start out as deities/bishops, besides maybe "The One Who Waits", they each found a black crown, and became deities as a result (the rituals, sermons/prayers, and sacrifices may of helped). Infact, Leshy may of started out as a non-sapient beast, and "evolved" into a person thanks to the crown. The black bird/lizard shop-keepers you meet inside the dungeons are said to be the children of the last of the first deities, and may lack freewill (only doing the tasks they were born/hatched to do, for free, for the crown-bearers).
In a game where kiting/HitN'Dodging-away against enemies (especially the bosses) is a smart thing to do, particularly on higher difficulties, I prefer the axe mainly, its faster then the hammer (particularly the hammer's heavy attack) and has a longer ranged heavy attack. It also obviously hits harder then swords, daggers, and claws. Claws are cool, but I feel like they need a buff, but until then, attack speed and damage boosts on poison/crit claws can help them.
Leshy is one of those bagworm larvae, the ones that cover themselves in leaves. Also in the post-mainstory, there's lore rooms in the dungeons, with some of that lore being about the bishops (plus some special followers in the post-mainstory tell some stuff on them too).
This update does add lore for the bishops

My wife and I don't have Cult of the Lamb yet. We want to play together. Is there any gameplay needed before we co-op or can we do it from Day 1? What do we have to purchase for it?
You can play coop as soon as the first cutscene ends IIRC.

I don’t think there’s online co-op, so yeah
Yeah, not a fan of the fact that one player has 75% of the control, but the co-op is a good idea for the combat!

You skipped the entire Sins of the Flesh update? And the entire postgame?
IIRC those came out WAY after launch, right? Once I roll credits on a game it's incredibly rare for me to ever come back for more, even if it gets a DLC or expansion. Co-op is the one notable exception.
@@wanderbots well you're missing (as the game indicated on your original save file) roughly half of the game, including pretty much ALL of the lore about the world. You'll still get the credits scene where you originally did, but it's basically the halfway point of the game's full content now.
In the menu when it glitches if your on ps5 some lights on the controller lights up and flashes for a tiny bit
So they added more bosses and a new mode since you last played i believe including a new final boss
There's another final boss? I assume the added bosses are the sort-of-undead upgraded mini-bosses/bishops.

fun fact : this coop is bare bones like they couldn't even make it so you can both plant seeds at the same time and i REALLY hate that there can only be one screen like easy fix : when you go too far from your bro you get your own screen and you get a mini cam to your bro in a corner oh and don't even get me started on the fact that if you like speak to a follower or cook or DO ANYTHING REALLY THE OTHER PLAYER IS STUCK TOO and it's buggy as hell
To be honest don't like these game but eh
