First of all, beautiful T-Bird. But I wouldn't have called it a disaster but rather an unfortunate setback. Good luck to you getting her back in the air.
Whatever floats your boat. I did control line as a kid, but once I got into RC there was no comparison. One of my free flight friends called control line a rock on a string.
This is a very weird video. It says it was a "disaster," but we don't even get to see what happened. And from the look of the plane after it got down on the ground, it was hardly a "disaster." It looks eminently repairable. Good luck to you on future flights, but if you're going to post a video of a "disaster," at least let us see what happened!
The plane is repairable and I am working on it, but if we consider that on the first flight the engine stopped after seven minutes, in the worst place where it could stop, the descent without the engine went well but landing out of field and hitting the only existing iron fence in the fields before the runway, a fence that ruined a new model… I don’t know what I should have called it if not a disaster. I’m sorry that there is no video of the engine failure and the glide, but in any case it would not have been possible to see the impact with the fence since the plane was out of my sight at the time.
So sorry about that!!! I lost my beautiful. SISTFW 190 when the wing bolt ended up stripping after 100 flights and I did not know the threads were going bad. The wing came off mid flight.
I would say this follows under the category of "better to have loved and lost, then to never have loved"! So sad to see something so beautiful end up in the weeds. Didn't see the actual crash, what was the cause?
Pilot tried to eject, possibly used the crash knife on the canopy, he had the presence of mind to drop the tip tanks at least, but that fence dammit !!!! What are the odds you'd hit that to slice up a beautiful T-Bird. Agree, your music sucked, maybe reload with ACDC highway to hell or Justin Bieber "Sorry". The sorry goes out to your wife who perhaps could've bought that new clutch purse after all but said "no huni", you spend it on your Feibao.
@@Airsally It's already too easy to blame the radio😂 I destroyed another model because of my fault and stalled in inverted flight but I never blamed the radio or mechanical problems, the problem is in 90 percent of cases the person holding the radio😅 recognizing and being aware of this is the other big problem. Even in this case if I had been 100 meters higher or less far in the downwind I probably would have been able to reach the runway and land without damage. You never stop learning.
The disaster here is the music!
🤣🤣🤣👍
Roger that
Came here for the flying. Blinked and missed the crash. Left because of the music.
Well that was ridiculous. Why the disconnected music?
I thought I was on hold with my car insurance company 😂
Damn. Music again.
So sorry for that Crash. In the comments we can recognize the true modelers from the stupid Keyboard dragons !

Had to stop the video at 0:31 because the music was so bad !
Sorry for your loss
My 25 dollar control lines were as much fun for me and a lot shorter walk after the wreck .

Sorry for your loss.
Shame about the crash but at least you have your music to cheer you up :)

Hate the music. What a disconnect

It could have been a lot worse. Please lose the music.
That cockpit is scale af!

as I wrote in the description, engine failure and landing out of range unfortunately against the only metal fence present in the area
Lose the crappy music
idk man, that could have been WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY worse.

@@simoneboccolieri So sad, thanks for answer.
At least it wasn't radio failure. Looks like it can be repaired.
Out of height.
