To all the Mother's and Father's ..We Love you ❤
Massive massive respect to the lady and man who raised cass in such harsh times for our brothers of colour 🙏🏻👌🏻
It wasn't like that everywhere. I'm a bit sick and tired of Britain being portrayed as a backwards racist place when it wasnt.
My Gran did the same , caused huge damage to her birth children.
My nan married a black man in 1950s east London she died in 2019 god bless her this is too the courageous women who ignored race hate in harsh times in London for black people
cha cha wa . . .
Yea, respect to the lady who raised Cass.
In them days, Racism was rife until the mid 90s when they tightened the law and punished people for such offences. Remember Stephen Lawrence RIP
Rip doll chambers what a women !! And to anyone watching this who isn’t from the uk
For her to adopt a black baby at that time in London
Wow
(She was now going on to battle for me)
I hope she knows how much she is loved and appreciated
God bless her beautiful soul

Brilliant,i havent seen this movie in years. One of the better films about casuals. The Soundtrack is superb also Bands like Australian punk band The Saints and The Jam are very reflective of the times.
Bunch of idiots mate.
Facts
It’s not really tbh! From someone who was involved in the scene football factory and the (new) Firm where the only ones that got close to it. Ok this is biography or Cass life it is pretty spot on in terms of getting it spot on about his life.
@arronblack7046 but the Firm remake was trash compared to the original
@@marxman300 Facts
Not in many movies, but hearing Ride on a soundtrack just makes it so much better.
Published my wife’s aunt’s biography. Met him once, I was very impressed / guy’s got class 👍🏼
Looks like his dad wanted nothing more than to just hug his boy all the time but unfortunately wasn't sure or knew how to show him the love he had for him and the real Cass who obviously had all the say In how this film went really tried to show everyone that his adoptive dad was a good man who did love his son regardless of were he originally came from... That man loved Cass by the way the real Cass tried to show us.... Great film
Great comment
Thank you for uploading this. Love British films.❤️
Great film. Loved Cass and Frank being in the closing scene ❤️❤️
Nonso Anozie is an incredible actor.
He played Cass superbly. He sounds just like him and has the mannerisms too.
Brilliant acting.
He is! My name is Shaun Stone, I've met him, and I was in a UK Feature Film that was BAFTA nominated in 2022. ALL performances in this are IMMENSE.💥💥
Yer cause u was
kiss and hug to de boy ...
Hi. The same actor plays a plane crash survivor in 'The Grey' where they're pursued by wolves. Also starring Liam Neeson. If you're yet to see it, it's pretty good 😊
Good film. Big Frank Bruno
One of the best films I’ve seen in Ages, Tyvm. 15/10 I LO💛E this channel!
One of Britain’s finest, everything about it is superb, gotta say the soundtrack is one of the best I’ve ever heard in my 40 something years.
Quality Film 👌🏻 !! Some cracking actors as well !!!
I read Cass's book, pretty savage! Not seen this but have wanted too, never got round to it! Thanks!
Don't bother it's shit
So many good bits cut out of this version
They cut out the part where Cass was doing a ventriloquist show and his dummy was throwing piñatas and sherbet lollipops to the audience 🎈🧑🏻🦰🧎🏿♂️
Was optimistic about this at the beginning happy I gave it a chance 🎉
Surprised... great cinema.. transcends the subject matter.. good to see the clothes.
Great movie ! Nearly shed a tear when his mum passed . RIP Doll
chambers .
Thanks for uploading this film. Met Cass few years back. Great bloke, his stories of clashes with other firms, nf, growing up, meeting his good friend Frank Bruno. All he went through at a very tough time.
Yer cause u did as much bs as the film
Why would I make it up?
Another keyboard warrior, ffs!
Forgot how good this film is, top bloke too, respect👊🏻
I remember being a bit knocked sideways when I watched the film. What he and his adoptive parents and his wife went through, while all the time he refused to hate whites. That showed a lot of character.
He could hardly hate white people - his parents (albeit adoptive) were and his 2 best mates. He knew there were good and bad in everyone.
I was at all these games, the petrol bomb at St James Park and then the next game at Upton Park that was some day out, all the way through the 70s - 80s, great times, never could happen again, CCTV, seating, tickets, cops, stewards, public opinion its all changed, I do laugh when kids post videos on youtube with tags like NUFC riot after derby and when you watch it its like someone lost their smartphone and snapped a nail looking for it
😂😂😂
Class really took me back to the 70/80s , good production
Love this film ,thank you
What a true lovely 🥰 Mother and father to Cass 💙proper old school and showered him with love ❤️ respect ✊ GTC
Good movie cass good to see that a life can change
A very good film I really enjoyed that. Respect to Cass and rest in peace Doll
Looks like purple Aki from Liverpool
Yup
Good old days when men use to be free to talk wolk and act like men And feel free to talk how ever they wanted
Now days you can't even speak your mind just in case somebody gets offended...
Say yeh truth always and don't stand to close 😂

Football hooliganism was finished by the Premier League, CCTV, all seater stadium, corporate hospitality and prawn sandwiches.
Absolutely outstanding uploader. Really appreciate this film. Thanks
The real cass was the second doorman
Did you know that's cass older brother as well in the same prison cell as him , they first met when cass was 27 years old

Yes he is...and in the very last scene at the pub...
Love this movie 👍❤️💯Thanks 💯❤️
I had always heard the name fly around my locals in Croydon but this was a great film to get a picture of the man. The actors were great.
Classic!! Never forget the 19:36 scene in Leeds was filmed outside my block in Hackney road when I was a kid! Love this film
They left out so much in this movie. Hopefully they will make another film and put more in..
Brilliant. Thank you ❤
this movie is really amazing and I will happily watch it again. when I have mates around. one big point, Mohammad Ali never liked to be Cassius Clay. that was his slave name and he changed it to Mohammad Ali the legend, the GOAT,
but again, great movie
Clay changed his name to Ali when he became Muslim to get out of the Vietnam war
The unknown Frank Bruno than! Such a short role!
I KNEW that was Frank Bruno..
He's cass's friend, I met Frank walking down my street a long time ago,
it was during the time he was unwell,
he came to Liverpool looking for a lad called scouse ? go figure.
Sorry, I fail to comprehend the logic of your comments. What relevance has your comment got to do with mine?@@fredzep01
I think Frank and cass were in the same circles growing up
Same as Nigel been Chris eubank snr
A lot if people grew up together
Or knew of each other
Before the big time
Tony tucker he did security for Nigel benn at his fights
Videos of him walking out with him
Great movie..I'm gonna watch the Essex boys now
Don't tone, think of all the agg it's caused ya
I met him in a bar in Middlesbrough a few yr back. Nice bloke.
Great film brilliant ending
His mum is absolutely brilliant, reminds me of my mum.. she's number 1
I wonder if any of Cass' bio parents have since tried to approach him. Great memoir/telling of his life in a movie.
Great movie Cass really went through it as a kid.

Beautiful movie heart of gold🙏💯💜💞
Awesome movie.
Well said she reminds me of my nan❤
19:00 Some film makers are so dumb! Why don't they at least look into people's jobs and how they work. You are never ever in a million years going to see one painter painting the middle of a wall with a roller and another man painting the same middle of the wall a meter away from him with a brush. Surely out of all the people there someone would know it looks unreal and not practical.
Yeah it looked ridiculous using an small cutting in brush or whatever it was.
Yeah the paint was perfect for the time but the way they was working warented the moody cunt of a boss somewhat cos if I had lads like that working for me that way I'd be pissed off and wouldn't pay them in washers ffs
Class !
This isn't the full movie at all. Been watching for ten minutes and already noticed one of my favourite bits has been cut out.
Really good film.
An interesting story i enjoyed going to football and the fighting and the hooliganism was a part of growing. I know it was stupid but that english culture at the time
Loved this movie ❤
No one asked you to bring me up no one asked me to bring you up I love his bond with his mum
Absolutely buzzing with this film.Cass reminds me of my old mate Chalky from middle school. He was the only black kid in school but he was one of us.
It doesn't seem to be like that these days unfortunately.
Iv watched all the football casual films green Street Awaydays etc but this I hadn't saw until tonight 21st February 2024 and yeah it were a great movie only thing it never had tho was a soundtrack it really stayed on top of what the football hooligin life was realy like & yeah I enjoyed it 💯%
Obviously u no fuck all about the real football scene
rhat was a great film,wow
Great film must say.
33.42 no way Cass would gave said 'lets show everyone we're the best mob in Britain'. He would have said England 100%.
difficult to understand the slang for a german but a very very good film.

Amazing and powerful 👏🏿
Great film
West Ham and Arsenal didn't like each other very much in the 1980's..
What a great movie 🍿
Wow, wasn't expecting that. Great film on many levels. The actress playing Elaine was superb. Thanks for uploading.
1:38:12 🥲🙏 .. that was a great film bruv
Good film. Great sound track. I never understood the hooligan thing though.
Probably cause your snowflake
in a nut shell...tribalism
It’s because one they were board and two. It’s existed ever since the tudors in England other towns and villages would fight each other in a game of football. The gate to each village or city would be the goal.
