Thank you so much! I'm an immigrant from a country that doesn't have self serve gas so this was really helpful!
I am glad that I helped you. Please subscribe and share to support this channel
i liked it ! good video. i never liked paying directly at the pump though : i pay inside before filing up unless it's a place where you can fill up before paying, then I fill up and I go inside to pay ... i usually buy something else in the store anyway at the same time while I'm there : a candy bar, or chips, a muffin, salted peanuts, chocolate milk, beer, etc. whatever I fancy that particular day.
So If I want a full tank I just put a certain amount of money and if there's a stroke before the pump get to the amount i put that means my tank is full right? And if so, the money difference is refunded to my credit card? (I dont have a membership)
Btw your explanation is the best i found on youtube, really appreciate
In The United States Gas Stations Have Full Service Stations Especially In New Jersey New York California And Massachusetts Where Attendants Fuel Up Fir You How In Some Jurisdictions And States Like New Jersey Huntington New York And Weymouth Massachusetts You Cant Pimp Your Own Gas Which Is Illegal There
I have a question if you answer i will appreciate, i also go to petro Canada, but in the beginning i always get confuse why it automatically shut off and when i press nozzle again it will fill again till my amount, i mean i thought this is how it works, i always put up gas till my amount even though it gives me stroke , i push it and it works so you mean i need to stop once it gives me stroke at first only
I get the stroke when my tank is full so you check with your manufacturer
If you set a higher value and fill it up for a lower value, you only pay for the tanked gasoline or they make a refund?
Do you have video how to enter to a carwash? Should car in drive or neutral? Thanks
Not yet but I will try to get. I don't go for car wash as whenever i go for service my dealer does it for me for free
this might sound like a stupid question..
but how did you choose between the type of gasoline? also, does filling the tank with the “wrong type” affect the health of your car? is there a “wrong type”?
I never thought about that and I go for regular only but you can check with your car manufacturer about what is recommended. Never put diesel in a gasoline car otherwise there will be a huge issue
Is costco gas cheaper in Canada compared to another ?
USA Costco stations always have cheaper gas the Canadian Costcos. Even if Canadian Costcos have cheapest gas in their respective Canadian cities. US gas is always more affordable.
What if you have a petro points card on your phone?
I think then you can activate the pump right from your app and pay too. Then it will automatically put points based on your purchase
Best short video on the topic
