Great product for certain shots, like push-ins, which are very hard to do manually. I would love another way of switching from LiDAR focus to manual, as pressing the motor button would jog the camera if it’s on a gimbal and turning the wheel to a focus limit obviously changes the focus, which is not desirable. Could a double push on the wheel be added to do this? That way you could go in and out of autofocus during a shot - really useful!

Hello. I bought your PDL-TC-AFX controller. I will use it with my PDMOVIE LIVE AIR 3 mini motor. I connected everything and started setting it up. Bluetooth pairing of the controller and motor was successful. The indicators on the controller and motor are constantly on. But after calibrating the motor on the lens, the problem became clear. When the controller is rotated completely from lock to lock, the motor on the lens travels halfway. It is not right. And that’s right - the stroke of the lens motor should be from the limiter to the limiter of the focus ring. I tried to solve this problem. I have calibrated the lens motor many times, I have tried different settings. But the controller does not work correctly with the motor. With another controller, the lens motor works correctly - at full travel of the focus ring. Do you know how to fix this problem
You need to rematch the DPI between the controller and the motor. Short press the motor button 14 times, and then long press it for 3 seconds on the 15th press. Note: Don't pause for too long between each press.

Tell me why on the Laowa 90 2.8 errors occur at close distances, from about 50 centimeters, on the Laowa 12 2.8 everything works without any problems at close range...
Because 90 is a telephoto lens, there is a certain parallax between the displayed image and the objects scanned by LiDAR. Have you checked whether the focus is correct with a reference object on a vertical plane? If it's incorrect, it means it's not set up properly, or the object isn't vertical enough. After all, the depth of field of 90mm is very shallow, isn't it?

A short press and three seconds of a long press lead to scrolling the lens....usually), to switching to another color and then starting all over again).
