Generally a good video, you obviously know what you are doing and seem to have great success with it.
My sincere question though (no hate pls): why do you keep additional animals, if you just hide them in a shelf all day? Again, this is no criticism, but i personally dont see the appeal. i keep my feeder insects in tubs, but thats because i dont see them as pets, but as a simple resource. Even if i commercially bred my geckos, which i dont, it would feel like such a shame to see them as a mere money printing machine that lives in my drawer.

I love knob tails. The Millii are my personal favorites because of their temperament. I’ve also had a few Wheeleri. I’d love to work with the levis levis one day. They’re super expensive here in the US. So are the others, but a little less so.

Would it be appropriate and fit for the physiological, psychological, emotional, neurological, mental & physical etc. developement of any animate beings (whos natural habitats are not normally located in dark small spaces) inside a dark small container? ... It's one thing to be a licensed gecko owner. Very inappropriate and naive response also probably illegal in most areas.Especially if that species is not native to that habitat, locale or country even. Wild populations are never helped by rereleases unless heavily planned & monitored by official scientific research in event of a depletion in a very rare species.
Captive pure bred reptiles and amphibians will in the future (and already) form the bastion of anti-extinction efforts. Ever heard of climate change? Skilled Reptile hobbyists and especially ethical reptile breeders ideally would form and produce the pool of animals and knowledge that professional herpetologists might one day (or already) need for such organised restoration efforts.
These particular geckos are mostly nocturnal from my understanding and the drawers as he explained are also suitable for these captive bred species. Oz has a permitting system that he would have to satisfy.
( I am talking here about ethical breeders- not reptile hunters collecting en masse vulnerable or rare species for huge profit)
