Seeing the clip of italy made me realize how much I miss the older maps so much. They really need to brng back dust 1, italy, aztec, and all those old maps instead of making new trash one

You are looking at those old maps with nostalgia specs on. Those maps are so imbalanced and one sided that they are not viable anymore

Fun fact: Quick switch reloading can be done risk free, if you can keep the ammo counter in your vision, when it shows max bullets then you can quick switch. This also cuts the sound of the reload for others, including enemies.

1:32 The reason you take more damage on a fall for that height is because you move faster on higher tick rates. You can see evidence of this on surf maps when you adjust from 64 to 85.3 and then to 102.4, on some maps that have long jumps it will be easier with the higher tick rate. Spray patterns are different between tick rates for this same reason as are the utility lineups.
This is incorrect. Higher tik rates simply update your velocity more, Nadeking linked my video that goes more in depth on why this happens, if you want to check it out
@@Kerluck I disagree with my statement being incorrect. After watching your video I see what I said makes perfect sense still. It appears you are moving faster on 128 than 64 in your slow motion example. Velocity defined is relevant to speed so, I don't know what more to say
@@PrismaticCS you could argue that you’re moving faster on 128 tik, but only on every un-synchronized tik with 64. because the tick right after, 64 tick will have the exact same speed.
@@Kerluck And again I go back to the surf maps displaying a different outcome. I want to say that I really appreciate you taking the time to debate me on this because you taught me something here. What you're saying with the synchronized tick does lock in your argument
@@PrismaticCS Surf maps have lots of different movement commands, so a surf server on 64 tick could have air acceleration to 50 when a 128 tick server could have it set to 75. I will admit i don’t know much about community surf servers but that is my guess on why you feel a difference

Bomb used to be 45 seconds in CS: GO. And I think pros used 35. Then they changed it all to 40.

You can use "quick reload" to load faster If you are going to throw granades. :)
Quick switching while reloading is an instinct for me, Been doing it since 1.6.

I played in C's 1.6 and I still didn't know this!
22. 5:48 quick switch is actually faster because by the time he "clicks" the clip in the gun you are fully reloaded. That means you switch the same moment. Here we see a big delay.

you dont land silent when pressing "s"...
the "s" press is just to cancel movement speed.
The fact that you dont make a landing noise on stairs is, because the landing platform is higher than the platform you jump off.
if you fall less than a jump´s height, you dont make landing noise.
It's like precision landing in parkour :)

00:48 the old counter strike(2012 - 2014 i think) the bomb timer is 45 second. Fun fact). There are 35 second bomb timer at old csgo(its at 2015 - 2017 i think), and now 45 second (2018 - 2022 :), sorry for bad english))))

That tip about teammates Molotov is actually one of valve’s way to stop derankers .. the way they de rank fast is they drop a Molotov, DC so they don’t get kicked for TK and their entire team dies

I always though quick switching reload isn't meant to do it faster it's meant to cut off one less audio of you pulling the bolt back that I think gets cut off..shorting the audio of you reloading

actually quick switch reload is 1.21 second while normal reload is 1.22 second time, the gun was not fired at the same time but still it's your choice.
