As the Ultimate guide for warriors came out Nov2013, I bought it and read it and I didn't like the way Warriors Wiki described her Biography. So here is what it says in brief.
"Nightcloud was older than Crowfeather and was starting to be concerned she would never have the chance to bear kits, so when Crowfeather invited her to be his mate, she accepted with a sincere belief she could make the tomcat fall in love with her. However, she soon realized he only did so to be Loyal to WindClan. She is stubborn, short tempered and defensive, so she stuck by Crowfeather's side even though she didn't respect him or liked him all that much, but she truly loved Breezepelt with a ferocity that came from anger because Crowfeather didn't love him equally. Nightcloud coddled her son, making him believe he was better than everyone else, her bitterness for Crowfeather tainted Breezepelt with its poison, but its hard to blame her when Crowfeather put her in such a difficult position. Breezepelt could have been great, but thanks to BOTH his parents, he became arrogant and angry towards his father, that ultimately lead him to join the Dark Forest cats in order to get revenge on everyone that made his life difficult"

Do keep in mind this video was made WAY before that book, merely based on the fact Crow cares for Nightcloud [READ BELOW] I will not tolerate comments to justify your hate for Nightcloud or explaining what I explained above, they irritate me. I didn't make a Nightcloud video for nightcloud haters to flock over here and voice out their hate for her, if you don't like her, why did you even click on this video?

Now I know what most of you are thinking, you hate Nightcloud and that she doesn't deserve to be with Crowfeather or you prefer Crow/Leaf or Crow/Feathertail, but I chose Nightcloud because I think the song suits her and that her story is pretty sad.
Even though she's not a lovable cat, I can't hate her, though I still don't like her because she's jealous and arrogant. As said by Rock...And while Crow may never love Night as much as he loved Leaf and Feather, he DOES care for Nightcloud...
Anyway, its not much.. well, not really, its a whole lot of drawings and I do NOT plan on animating it, too much work but I tried finishing this so enjoy? I guess.. time I get back to work... if I can find any..

I don't get why people hate Nightcloud so much. She wanted to be loved, but couldn't. You get a boyfriend that moons over his ex and uses you, but never really loves you. Yeah, doesn't feel so great, huh?
Crowfeather DID lose two cats that he loved.....

I know, everyone says she is hateful and crap, but really her reactions are realistic and very grounded.
One of my favorite characters is Nightcloud, it's because I can relate to her. I feel unloved and the love of my life doesn't notice me, he doesn't care about me. I also have anger issues and nobody understands except my best friend. Few care to look at my side and that's why I like Nightcloud. I feel her feelings in this--and it about brings me to tears. But I never had a "happy ending"

WarriorSiren 22 That’s a natural reaction though. Your going to not like your Baby daddy’s ex and the kids he and with her. She was mad at the fact he still loved Leafpool and would rather be with Leafpool and his other kits rather then her.
....I hated Nightcloud from the start to be honest.....Then I found myself standing in her shoes...(Lol cats don't have shoes).About 2 yrs ago I met a boy....he was so kind,sweet,and funny....and I really liked him.But we were just friends...but I wanted it to be more....I never recived his affection,a diffrent girl did....ugh after he moved away I put a barrier between myself and everyone else.....I felt like I could trust no one.The feeling you have when a person you like,(or love),rejects you can be painful....Seeing that this is how Erin Hunter made Nightcloud like this....(But I'm not as difficult as her,boys don't like it that I'm chubby),makes me connect to her emotionally.Still...I'm coming out of my shell...I'm happy to report that with the help of a supportive friend we both took small steps to know it's not over,there will be more heartbreak,but with friends,and family,you can heal.

To be honest, I always really hated Crowfeather, especially after Breezepelt comes around. He only took Nightcloud as a mate to gain the respect of his clanmates, which was honestly a despicable thing to do to a she-cat. And then he never payed attention to her nor his son. He even said he didn't know what went wrong with him, and that he'd been a caring a father. I call bullshit. Breezepelt and Nightcloud may be jerks, but they have a damn good reason for it.
Tabidot Its because CrowFeather suffers very very sad and deep depression and anxiety after feathertail died and leafpool dumped him remember he's been the only cat in the series to try to commit suicide.
IKR but crowfeathers mate died feathertail imam cry when she die CRY. but crowfeather was rude although.... he was in depression mate ;-;
Rilee rossiter according to the Erin hunters Crowfeather and Feathertail would never be together but if Storm had died then Feathertail would have depression because she lost her brother
Tabidot Crowfeather has to prove loyalty. Think of what would have happened to him? The same to happened to Leafpool. Crowfeather cared about Nightcloud and Breezepelt but literally, he was busy and they weren’t family. Leafpool was family. l know the Erin’s say it was just a fling but it clearly wasn’t because Crowfeather always loved her. He had no choice
they were never mates. he was an apprentice when she died. thats one of the mistakes in the book

Same. Nightclouds such and underrated (in love) character. Shes honestly my favourite and I'll be pissed if the Erins kill her off by age or sickness

He may not have loved her, but he loved Breezepelt. When Breezepelt and another cat fell into tunnels and got buried, he was frantic to get his son out. Nightcloud carried Breezepelt home, even though Crowfeather kept asking to help, then she turned around and told Breezepelt that Crowfeather didn't love him. He always loved his son, even if he couldn't love Nightcloud.

It's funny cause when HollyLeaf spoke the truth of her parents, Crowfeather acted like such a craphead towards LeafPool even though in the new prophecy arc, he couldn't resist her.. WHAT HAPPENED THROUGHOUT POWER OF THREE D:!! Btw great job with the sketching... Kind of makes me jealous XD
Arternity I get jealous over the sketches I like to but I still like them and I don't show that I am jealous but I'm proud what they do but from now what I see is I'm really good at drawing I just for a tiny bit of long a ago I drew some cat beutiful

This is wonderful, especially for a storyboard~ I ADORE your style for one, it's very cute and catlike(something I Struggle at, to be honest) and the expressions are also very great, and show off the situations without needing dialogue.
As many others said, this video really shifted my opinion on Nightcloud, I didn't really think about how horrible she must've felt through it all, and why exactly she was so possessive and envious in the books, and the song is just perfect for her character ^^

I never really liked Nightcloud but I am thinking twice about it now. It's just that she so stubborn!! Crowfeather wasn't much a fav to me. He was around the bottom of the list. He really mated Nightcloud to prove his loyalty the Wind Clan. I just never liked them. Well... he did care Nightcloud and Breezepelt but never really showed it much.

this is a great video!! i like how you supported nightcloud because most people think that she is a brat and that she is mean but she is not, she is just sad that crowfeather does not love her so she is protective. true i think crowfeather belongs with either leafpool or feathertail but nightcloud needs more sympathy.
People seem to only get their opinions off of maps and youtube videos because obviously Crowfeather was depressed from being rejected by two cats he loved one from them dying and he did care about Nightcloud and Breezepelt wven if he ignored him sometimes. Like wen Breezepelt was buried under rocks Crowfeather asked Nightcloud over and over again if he could help and he told Leafpool that his only kits were Breezepelt and he only had Nightcloud as his mate. Aside from the time when Crowfeather didnt praise Breezepelt for his rabbit on the journey to the Tribe cats, Crowfeather NEVER showed neglect. I also think that this will be confirmed in Crowfeathers upcoming super edition. Also Breezepelt isnt the way he is because of Crowfeather its because hes just edgy.

I used to dislike Nightcloud, because of the reasons you listed in the description, although I pitied her, but this actually made me think about what Crowfeather did to her, and I can understand her much better now. Of course she's jealous, who wouldn't be, and there are plenty of cats in all the clans as stubborn and snarky as she is. Seeing how she's treated by Crowfeather, it's no wonder that she's the way she is. This video made me a cry a little, and I think it was really well done

In the series I hated Nightcloud because all we saw of her was a naggy mean cat that was always rude. With this video, I can now see her side of things and it makes me want to cry...
