u don't need pot to get your connection...or even to grow anything but of course growing your own food is great...just take your shoes off and walk around barefoot and u take in the power of the earth mother....or sit down for an hour directly on the earth and let that energy come in thru your base chakra and up thru all your chakras...as for consciousness if you practice sitting and walking meditation around 8 hours a day breathing back and forth between 2 points you'll enter a state of ecstasy and high bliss and probably be able to leave your body (astral travel) ...people achieve stuff thru pot or psychedelics like lsd and muchrooms and DMT but it can all be done naturally because the right method will produce the chemistry of ecstasy in the body (endogous DMT)

James Belushi has aged like a fine wine. I honestly love his agriculture venture more than his time in films & I loved him in films.
He had amazing story on “Animated” re: his ayuasca experience. It’s crazy to me how many people transform their lives thereafter (& how they all come away with a spirtual, somewhat stoic perspective whilst having a great connection to nature, plants and love).
What saddens me is that line, “if he was a pot head, he’d be alive today.” I actually feel that way about a lot of people.
I think I’ll take the plunge this year. I’m sure I’ll come across this video again years from now (to provide an update for anyone who is curious).

I am 64 now. Back in the day, I never liked weed that much. It made me groggy or paranoid. I tried it again a few years ago after a very long hiatus ( about 30 years). My opinion hasn’t changed. I understand that many people need or want to medicate themselves to deal with reality or to party. I drank for much of my adulthood for the same reasons. Eight years ago I stopped drinking and just live clean of all substances ( except Tylenol and the occasional Ambien). It’s possible. However for things like PTSD, severe anxiety, chemo related nausea, etc, I can see the point.

I’ve had uncontrolled epilepsy since childhood and I’ve gone to great lengths to try to control my seizures but it’s my career path that has kept me from trying medicinal marijuana. I have been a Critical Care RN for nearly 28 years. While medicinal marijuana is legal where I live my employer can still legally fire me should I ever be tested on the job so I just don’t do it. I put my career and my patients before my own health and well-being. It really shouldn’t be this way. I’ve been toxic on so many antiepileptic drugs (AED’s), had multiple surgeries, endless barbaric testing and tried various non traditional treatments since infancy but still my epilepsy is uncontrolled. I’d love to see if marijuana could help me but I just can’t risk my career. Maybe one day this beautiful plant can help me.

Funny story! When I got kicked out of school I couldn't read and write, the first book I learnt to read was John Belushi's biography.

No wildfires in Louisiana, lots of water and fertile land. I live in a lake house you should check out the properties that are lake houses the prices will make you go huh? Much cheaper than Colorado. But their medical marijuana program is young and needs some cultivation. Great weather almost year round. Lots of rain, but it's wonderful. I was 12 when your brother passed away. I was so sad. My deepest condolences, you are doing great things and they honor your family and brother. Congratulations! And thank you for the many years of entertainment. You are very smart and a talented actor.❤

Our American love for the Land, & Our Manifest Destiny to Explore & in doing that Exploring?. Farm & Grow, anything as well as anything We Can. All Comes from The Good Earth after All!!.
Now for Mr Jim Belushi. I've never
had anything BUT the Utmost Love, Respect, Admiration, & just Awe for the Guy. WOW WOW WOW.
Sure I grew up Seeing John the
Older Brother making it Big First?? On SNL, then The "ANIMAL HOUSE" Movie. What a Flick it was. But there was Jim Belushi?, The Younger Bro kinda Underdog sibling to JOHN.
Myself I immediately just LOVED THE oversized Guy. Then as His Acting Career? Began too climb, I'm like enjoying Him more, n more?
Until Life According to Jim. IS only on SYNDICATION, Reruns? And I'm like asking People. What has become of Jim Belushi??
Of course No One Knows, or Can?
Even find out what happened to The JIMMY B. man. OF all the ironies of Life. Just a WK or Days ago. I found & downloaded a LN Film? Called Mid West OBSESSION? I had never Seen or God Knows? Heard of it. But it had the Star Courtney Thorne-Smith in IT. Had too See IT, n Had too See, Courtney In It.!!!
Big Disappointment, couldn't even finish watching it. Yuck, Blah, ugh ugh ugh. For CT Smith I still !!! ADORE that Woman who Played?
The Wifey, too Jim B," Cheryl", On
Life According to JIM.!! There I'm done this Morning 😅🌄😅 Two Days since The Fourth of July.
