And what you're doing here is definitely very traditional Finnish cooking. Wow, you made me want to go back to Finland again, and experience that all over again. Cheers.
Not once did I see any of them pull out their cellphone to update their Facebook status, Instagram or Snapchat. Now this is what I call living. Eating as family and actually having a conversation.
Very good to see people making fresh food together and eating it together. Enjoying eachothers individual contribution to the meal. Everyone should take some time with family and friends to do this. It looked delicious!

I visited Canada many years ago. I caught plenty of blue bass on frog lures. I cook them similar to how you do at the start of this video...cleaned the fish, washed, rub with salt, then stuff them with FINE chopped onions, bread crumbs, salt and pepper, touch of butter, wrap them in foil, then grill them on a barbecue made out of a steel truck rim

I have some friends of the family who are Sault Tribe Indian that lives in the upper peninsula of michigan, and every year when the whitefish are running they give us some of their smoked whitefish and it's some of the best eating, especially with a nice smoky horseradish sauce (it's excellent creamed as well)
Finnish immigrants and Indians/Native Americans have always got along great, ever since the 17th century. Both had a similar way of life and respect towards each other and nature. I wouldn't be surprised if Finns had taught them to cook like that.
