avocado oil mayo
greek yogurt or plain cashew yogurt
oat flour or chickpea flour or breadcrumbs
eggs

pepper

When subbing the yogurt, i find adding lemon or lime with a pinch of salt makes it taste ao much richer and more like a sour cream

In your recipes can sprouted oats be used?
Do you grind raw chickpeas like you would flour to make your own?
So I typically buy chickpea flour if I'm going to use it, I've never made it. Sprouted oats can be used!
