  • These golden brown healthy tuna patties are easy to make and perfect for sandwiches, salads, or to eat on their own!
    Ingredients:
    tuna
    avocado oil mayo
    greek yogurt or plain cashew yogurt
    oat flour or chickpea flour or breadcrumbs
    eggs
    salt
    pepper
    green onions
    parsley
    dijon mustard
    avocado oil

    When subbing the yogurt, i find adding lemon or lime with a pinch of salt makes it taste ao much richer and more like a sour cream

    In your recipes can sprouted oats be used?
    Do you grind raw chickpeas like you would flour to make your own?

      So I typically buy chickpea flour if I'm going to use it, I've never made it. Sprouted oats can be used!
