- 药膳凤爪 ,清淡不腻,带着浓郁的药膳味。把汤盛到容器里,放冰箱一夜,就是Q弹嫩滑的皮冻。我们汤里盐放的少,用糟卤泡一下,更加入味。
Herbal Chicken Feet, light but greasy, with strong herbal taste. Put soup into a container, and refrigerate over night, you will get soft and smooth jelly. We don't put salt into soup as usual, as we soak chicken feet with Pickle Sauce, which is very tasty.
原料:
鸡爪:1 磅左右
白芷:1片
当归:1汤匙
桂圆干:5-6个
枸杞:10个左右
料酒:2 汤匙
盐:适量
姜:3-4 片
花椒:1 茶匙
糟卤:每盅半杯
Ingredients:
Chicken Feet: about 1 lbs
Angelica Root: 1
Angelica Diels (AKA Chinese Angelica): about 1 tablespoon
Longan: 5-6
Wolfberry: about 10
Cooking Wine: 2 tablespoon
Salt: to taste
Ginger: 3-4 pieces
Sichuan Pepper: 1 teaspoon
Pickle Sauce: 1/2 cup per small pot
