Antonio Gates is a Hall Of Fame tight end in the NFL, one of the best ever
Wow! Didn’t expect that, thank you!
Is he in the hof
@@colterwilliams3152 I checked his wiki page, he's not in the HOF, yet. He just retired in 2020.
We can all agree in 2 years when eligible this comment will be a fact so we can let it ride
@@izzymagizzyable Although the NFL HoF has that ridiculous yearly quota which means some deserving players don’t get there.
N.C. State was a 6 seed, in 1983. The "Cinderella Team" that they left out was Loyola Chicago in 2018. They are the exact team that you should look up, if you want to see more about their run to the Final Four. Loyola-Chicago was the talk of the world. They also had a very special lucky charm with them along the way.
We will add that to the list! Thank you 😀
Ya they beat my tennessee Vols In 2018 to start their run
Sister Jean. I think she turned 103 this year. That's a hell of a run
Coach Porter Moser was our star player at my high school in 1985-86. I think I had Physics class with him…
@@DNReacts Here's the best video: "Loyola basketball: Top plays in 2018 NCAA tournament". I graduated from there in 1975. Their biggest fan was Sister Jean, who prayed with them before games and wrote the players comments on their play. She is now 103.
Jim Valvano running the court when they won is still used on TV every year and it sticks in my mind as #1. He was lost way too soon (not long after this) to cancer and his speech and foundation is played every year on ESP"N and has raised millions for Cancer research, The V foundation...."Don't give up, don't ever give up"..
Something that hasn't been mentioned is that for many of these teams who went on these incredible runs, they see an impact on the academic side as well. Many schools see an increase in the number of applications, thus meaning they can be more selective of who they accept and/or make more money through tuition by accepting more students.
Thank you, appreciate the info! Makes the Cinderella stories even better!
I’m assuming this is an older video because St. Peter’s from this past year should absolutely be up there - were the 15 seed and ended up in the top 8. Other teams I expected to be mentioned were UMBC, who only won one game but just so happened to be the only 16 seed to ever beat a 1 seed, and Loyola-Illinois, who while weren’t as surprising as all of these teams, they did so by winning three straight games in the final seconds
I think you mean Chicago-Loyola University...
both loyola-chicago and loyola-illinois are common shorthands
Loyola Chicago is the shorthand… Loyola Illinois is not one that is common or really anywhere
My favorite part of the Loyola Marymount run is that the team's next best player after Gathers and Gathers' best friend Bo Kimble shot his first free throw of each tournament game left-handed in memory of Gathers who was left-handed and he made all of those attempts.
Definitely try to watch some actual highlights of these Cinderella stories. They are very exciting and memorable. Especially the 1983 North Carolina State team.
... By the way, way back in 1972, a virtually unknown team from a small school in my hometown, Jacksonville University, made it all the way to the Final Four. They were lead by a player who eventually became an NBA hall of famer, Artis Gilmore.
I was a Freshman at Loyola and was actually in attendance at the game where Hank Gathers died. We averaged a shot every 7 seconds per game. It was the craziest system I have ever seen. Full court press the entire game and fast break every play even sometimes pulling up for a 3 when nobody was in front of you on the break.
This video is from 2017, which is why Loyola-Chicago's 2018 Final 4 run is not mentioned. Don't confuse Loyola-Chicago with Loyola Marymount 5:19. The Loyola Marymount Cinderella Team captured the public's attention not only due to the death of Hank Gathers but for their revolutionary run and gun offense.
Thank you!
ESPN has a documentary series called 30 for 30, where they cover a lot of amazing sports stories. They have documentaries on both the 1983 NC State team called "Survive and Advance," a documentary on the team the NC State team beat called "Phi Slama Jama" and a documentary on the Hank Gathers (the player that passed away) story/team called "Guru of Go."
All three films are too long for reactions for the channel but all of them are currently available for streaming online on Disney+. I highly recommend all three.
I was a student at NC State in 1983. That season and both the ACC and NCAA tourney championship wins were just insane and something that I will remember forever. He definitely had the right #1. NC State was a 6th seed and beat the #1 seed of the entire Tourney in Houston to win the National Championship Game. This was after having to beat another #1 seed in Virginia, who they had to also beat in the ACC tournament. NC State was also the first team to win 6 games en route to win the tourney. Back then, the top seeded teams had first round byes, and NC State wasn't one of them. Interestingly, NC State needed to win the ACC tourney to even qualify for the NCAA tourney itself as it ended the regular season with only a 17-10 record.
There are also movie script type stories about the season itself after the team face adversity with its star player going down to injury early in the season, only to triumphantly return when his team needed him most.
NCST was a 6 seed in ‘83. NCST was a more dramatic game, but Villanova won as an 8 seed beating Patrick Ewing and Georgetown. As a team villanova shot 78.6% from the field against GT which is insane!
That’s nuts! Thank you!
That game is burned in my brain.
Villanova took advantage of the no shot-clock and held the ball for long periods. I don't think it was a big upset. Villanova and Georgetown were in the same conference! NC State had to play against the "Phi Slamma Jamma" Houston Cougars. They had Hakeem Olajuwon and Clyde Drexler (two of the greatest to play in the NBA) and were considered unbeatable at that point.
You guys should react to the World Baseball Classic which just started a few days ago. Great Britain put up a good performance against the US.
We have! Video out at 8 as a premiere 😀
The bracket first expanded to 64 teams in 1985. The extra play ins first started in 2001 where 1 extra team (team 65) played and then faced a team in the second round.
Since 2011 the format is 68 teams with 4 play in games, then the standard 64 teams.
Appreciate the info!
The VCU coach that went from play in to final 4 was Shaka Smart and he has led 3 teams to the NCAA playoffs and has Marquette in the NCAA this year. Great winner everywhere he goes.
I think he put NC State at #1 for the way they won the championship, who they won it against (Hakeem Olajuwon) and the fact that Jimmy V would shortly later die after a very tragic fight against cancer. Jimmy V gave an unbelievable speech just before he died. If you search “Jimmy V 1993 ESPY speech”, you should react to it.
I was a fan of Villanova back in 85. I had been watching Big East basketball for a few years at the time and there just happen to be a local guy on Villanova, so it drew my interest. The 85 team tallest starter was 6'9" Ed Pinkney and the team just played great defense and liked to keep the score down. In their run they had to beat two #1 seeds and two #2 seeds during their 6 game run to the championship. They came in as a #8 seed. It was pretty exciting watching it unfold.
I remember watching NC State win that game. Coach Jimmy V was great. It is the most exciting game I have ever seen.
There are several things about NC State's run in 1983. First, they had torn through the ACC tournament on the strength of their 3 point shots. The 3 pointer was still a new concept back then; the ACC had a 3 point line that was closer to the basket than what you see today. Jim Valvano took advantage of that.
But it was still experimental; there was no 3 point line in the NCAA tournament. So in essence, they lost 1/3 of their scoring ability.
Secondly, they were playing Houston, which was known for a very fast paced game. When asked before the game how they would slow down Houston in Monday night's championship game, Jim Valvano made everyone laugh by saying something like "Hold the ball till Tuesday." But instead NC State came out of the gate running. From the start, it was not at all the game that everyone had been expecting to see. That kept them close. But it came down to one final shot at the end; it would've been an air ball but Lorenzo Charles treated it like a pass, leapt up, and dunked it. A complete shocker. Loved that game.
Thanks for the comment Sharon, was a great read.
Fun fact. The Final Four usually takes place at an indoor football stadium. This year the Final Four is in Houston, Texas. The stadium is where the Houston Texans of the NFL play. They are expecting a crowd of over 71,000.
That will be an amazing event!
The very best thing about this video was seeing Jimmy Valvano's NC State Wolfpack. I remember watching his games whenever and wherever I could find them. His teams always, always, always played as if their hearts were on the line each and every game. Jimmy V and his teams were what made me a fan of NCAA basketball. He was never "Coach Valvano" but always "Jimmy V". He contracted cancer and his fight was inspirational on many levels. I'm attaching his speech from a 1993 sports award show. It is powerfully positive with a message that needs to be absorbed into the soul. Whether you react to if or not isn't important. Watching and absorbing it is. ua-cam.com/video/HuoVM9nm42E/v-deo.html
I second this motion. Unfortunately, his body succumbed to the cancer, not long after this speech. If you're unable to click the link above, just search for Jimmy V ESPY speech.
Thank you! We will definitely give this a watch, appreciate the suggestion 😊
@@DNReacts I "third" this motion! Lol! I remember being 12 years old sitting in front of my family's 19 inch color tube TV with rabbit ear antennas. I lived in a rural area that was on the very edge of the TV signal for CBS which was airing the championship game. The screen was snowy but still watchable. I remember the hype around the University of Houston's "Phi Slamma Jamma" (with two future NBA HOF players and a good number of fantastic college players) and how N.C. State had no chance. Being a contrarian by nature and despising arrogance, I HAD to route for N.C. State! And I was not disappointed! One of my favorite sport memories of my entire life.
Everyone loves a Cinderella story….except when you’re on the other end
Pretty accurate. You can always debate, but no real complaints with that one
Appreciate your comment!
I think NC state was a good pick considering who they beat in the final. That year they beat Houston who had Hakeem and Clyde Drexler who ended up NBA hall of famers.
(11:43) As an FYI, a 16 seed has only beaten a 1 seed once, back in 2018. The current record is 1 Win and 147 Losses
Thanks for the info!
N.C. State's run started in the ACC Tournament. It IS the greatest Cinderella Story for sure, in college ball. You should check out ESPN's documentary on that team and season.
Thank you! Will add that to the list!
Villanova as an 8 seed beating Georgetown in ‘84/‘85
@@shag139 Bah! 2 unlikable teams.
@@erolbulut2584 how was Villanova unlikeable in ‘84? Massimino as coach Ed Pickney…today yeah. Also NCST gets more credit because of what happened Valvano years later.
@@shag139 Because, I didn't like 'em. That's why.
You need to watch Sean Taylor video about his football life, he was killed early in his career but was already heading to the Hall of Fame at the pace he was playing
I’ll add him to the list, thank you!
They weren't a Cinderella story, but I suggest you check out when UMBC, a 16 seed, beat Virginia the overall 1 seed in 2018. The only time a 1 seed has ever been beaten by a 16 seed.
I'm a little biased living in Arizona, but the 1997 Arizona Wildcats won the title as a #6 seed and was the first (and maybe only?) team to beat 3 #1 seeds en route to the title. And they were 3 of the more storied programs in college basketball history. They started by beating the #1 team and only undefeated team in the country Kansas, then North Carolina, and finally winning the title against Kentucky. A dream year, to be sure.
To know more about that 1983 NC State team, there's a film out there called Survive and Advance. It was an ESPN 30 for 30 thing if that means anything to you, but if you know where to look you can find a copy of it. Apparently on several streaming services too, dunno if that's true internationally though. I'm biased, NC State was my alma mater, but many say it was the team that turned March into Madness. Incredibly charismatic coach leading a better-than-their-record team to their potential, going up against the Goliath-level favorites...and defeating them with their own signature play.
shocked that UConn winning as a 7 seed in 2014 wasn't on there...very solid list though!
I’ll definitely be joining the live stream tonight. Keep up the good work guys
Appreciate that! See you there!
Can't wait for the selection show with you guys gates had a great nfl career
We are looking forward to it! See you there!
@DNReacts you guys gonna react to the show and then do another video making your brackets?
Antonio GATES became a hall of fame Tight End in the NFL for the Sandiego Chargers!!
Thank you!
Antonio Gates did not play professional basketball however he played professional football in the NFL he became one of the greatest tight ends in the NFL
That’s brilliant, thank you!
This year Kansas State was ranked last in college basketball beginning of season, now they are in the Elite 8 and play later today for final 4. Had only 2 players on roster and hired a new coach this year.
What makes NC State championship more special is Jimmy Valvano, their coach who was much loved nationwide passed away a few years later from cancer.
That’s really sad!
For this guy to not mention WHY NC State's 1983 victory over Houston disqualifies this video. Houston in 1983 was one of the top 10 college teams in NCAA history with Akeem Olajuwon, Clyde Drexler and Larry Micheaux all leading the team called "Phi Slamma Jamma!" They were the dunkingest team you ever saw. They were making 13-15 dunks a game for several games. It was incredible watching them sprinting up and down the floor alley-ooping and dunking all over everyone they played. Loyola Marymount was a MONSTROUS three-point shooting team that scored 149 points in one game inspired by Hank Gathers's death on the court in one of their games. Then the UNLV Runnin' Rebles destroyed everyone they played except for Arkansas and Gorgia Tech (which were two absolutely exciting games) in 1990 coached by Jerry Tarkanian who used to bite on his towels on the bench leading to his nickname "Tark the Shark." In 1976 UNLV AVERAGED/scored a whopping 126 points per game, the highest in NCAA history. Of course I could go on and on. Do one on Michigan's "Fab Five." There are just way too many to mention.
I was at the Davidson-Kansas game in 2008. First time I had ever been to a game like that, and it was quite memorable to be there, my dad got tickets through his work and it's something I wouldn't trade (the memories of) easily unless it was for another memorable postseason game (professional or college). ;)
What an incredible memory 😀
You guys are gonna love the live games. Its truly unbelievable. Enjoy.
Thank you Dean
Since you are getting into College Basketball stuff. You should watch a video about the UNC-Duke rivalry by Stadium on youtube. UNC-Duke is the biggest rivalry in college bball because of how close the universties are to each other and also because they are both powerhouses and most importantly hate each other.
I remember a ESPN promo from the mid 1990's about Carolina-Duke, two schools separated by 8 miles of pine trees and a couple shades of blue.
FGCU-Georgetown 2013 is the best college game I've ever seen outside USC-Texas in the Rose Bowl.
Thanks for this Alex, added to our list
The video you watched was more recent, but you were correct that Villanova beat North Carolina for the championship. NC State was a 6 seed when they won in '83. Looking forward to the selection show!
Thanks Zachary! We will see you there!
I'm certainly biased but the 1986 Championship game between Louisville and Duke (Louisville also beat a very good North Carolina team to get here), Louisville was heavy underdogs but played an almost perfect game with U of L's usual heart stopping moments, only this time they succeeded, of course the game came down to a nail Biter.
Sounds great, thanks for sharing!
The brackets question you asked about has it always been set up this way is that it has, at least in the "modern era" which is described variously as since the 1970's to the 1990's. Before the modern era, it was undoubtedly pretty much the same, with minor variations.
The four-way regionalization of the bracket has always been consistent. The only things that have changed is just how deep the seedings go as the tournament has expanded over the years.
Yes, you did Villanova over UNC 2016.
And NC State was a 6 seed in '83.
Thanks for the info Kevin!
Definitely check out the video of all of FGCU's dunks in their cinderella run in 2013. Some of the most electrifying dunks and moments in the history of the tournament.
Thanks Kish, we’ll add this to our list
I agree that not having a highlight or two per team was a little disappointing. A lot of the hightlights though are copyright protected so it can be difficult at times to put together some with good quality
We were hoping for highlights!
I Remember the NC State-Houston game well.
My guys and I were playing poker, when Charles caught and Dunked the Air Ball..

01:55 Antonio Ethan Gates Sr. is an American former professional football player who was a tight end for the San Diego / Los Angeles Chargers during his entire career in the NFL. He was named to the Pro Bowl eight times and was a five-time All-Pro selection. He retired on January 14, 2020, after 16 years with the Chargers
Gates was signed as an undrafted free agent in 2003 after playing college basketball for Kent State University. He attended college at Kent State his junior and senior years after brief stints at Michigan State University and Eastern Michigan University. He is the Chargers' career leader in receptions, receiving yards, and receiving touchdowns. In 2015, he became the second tight end and ninth player overall to record 100 career touchdown receptions. He ranks seventh in career touchdown receptions, with 116, and leads all tight ends in NFL history. Gates is considered one of the most prolific tight ends and undrafted free agents in NFL history.
What a story that is! Thank you 😊

I was curious about past seeding as well, so I looked it up. 1978 was the first-year teams were seeded, 1979 was the first-year teams were seeded in similar manner to that of today (seeded by region), 1985 was the first year there were 64 teams in the tournament thus the first-time teams were seeded 1 to 16 in each region, and in 2011 they expanded to 68 teams creating the first four.
Thank you Lincoln!
Definitely worth watching steph curry’s highlights during that davidson run as a separate video
Thank you for the suggestion, added this to our list
Kansas 2008 Danny and the Miracles. Kansas is now the winningest Div I team. Check out some videos about the Rock Chalk Chant, Beware the Phog (Allen Field House)
It will never make one of these lists (especially since it came during the same tournament as Loyola Marymount's run) but I was a student at Ball State University in 1990 when our team went on a Sweet Sixteen run as a 12-seed, defeating both Oregon State (starring future NBA legend Gary Payton) and Louisville in close games. We lost to eventual champion UNLV--one of the most dominant tourney champions ever--by only two points. (This was UNLV's closest game of the tournament). Ball State is a midsized university in Indiana whose athletic programs are overshadowed by traditional powers Indiana University, Purdue University, and Notre Dame, all of them tournament stalwarts. It was such an amazing thing to experience as a student--after each victory thousands of us ran into the streets and celebrated, and wearing a Ball State cap was a cool thing to do for a little while. (During UNLV's run to the title game the following year, one member of their team wore a Ball State cap to an interview, in what we took as a sign of serious respect.) Every time I see a small school win an upset, I imagine the celebrations on that campus, and what it means to those communities. There really is nothing like March Madness.
Thank you for the info CJ! Appreciate it!
3/12 is selection Sunday, games are starting this week. Get your bracket filled out ASAP.
The tournament moved to 64 teams in 1985. Prior to 1985 there were 32 teams. Before that format, only Conference tournament champions got to play in the tournament. That was a blatantly unfair situation. For example, during the 1974 season, the ACC Championship game had #1 NC State versus #4 Maryland. The game went to overtime and NC State won 103-100. NC State went to the tournament as ACC Champs (and ended up winning the entire tournament) while Maryland, the #4 team in the entire country was left out. The very next year the tournament field expanded to 32 teams. Then to 64 teams in 1985. 2001 they added a "play-in game" and in 2011 they added "first four" games.
Two things left out of Kent State's run in 2002:
1. The previous year, Indiana and Kent State met in the Round of 64. Indiana was the #4, and Kent State #13. Kent State upset Indiana that day, so for Indiana, they were probably unstoppable because it was a revenge game from the previous year.
2. Indiana's runner-up finish in 2002 was a slight underdog run of its own - they have won five national championships, but had fallen off after 1993 or so. They were still good, but not championship-level good. They upset defending champion Duke in the Sweet Sixteen by one point, beat higher seeded Oklahoma in the semifinal, and finally lost to Maryland by a 64-52 scoreline.
I went to Indiana, so while they're not where they used to be, their home arena of Simon Skjodt Assembly Hall (SSAH or just Assembly Hall for short) is one of the loudest in the country to this day. It's been ranked as one of the iconic arenas in college basketball. Their rival Purdue plays at Mackey Arena, which is just as loud, sometimes louder.
Appreciate the info! Thank you!
Another interesting one (although I definitely agree with it not making the list, since they only won two rounds) was 2010 Northern Iowa. 9 seed, beat the 8 in the first round then beat the 1 (and not just any 1, the overall 1, since the four 1s get ranked among themselves) Kansas in the second round.
I have a feeling they were thinking Antonio Gates became some kind of serial killer 😂😂😂😂
Antonio Gates was one of the NFLs greatest Tight ends of all time. Haha so not a bad reason he was hinting at this time.
That’s good, we are glad it was for a good reason 😂
To continue your buildup to March Madness, You guys should react to the the highlights of the 2022 St. Peter’s University Team. They were a #15 seed coming into the tournament and beat #2 Kentucky, #7 Murray State, and #3 Purdue before Losing to #8 North Carolina but they were arguably one of the most incredible cinderella teams ever. They are also very dear to my heart because they are from my home state of New Jersey and the school is about 40 minutes from where i live.
Thank you Giovanni, we’ve got this one on our list
As Rohan Thomas said Antonio Gates was one of the best tight ends of all time you should definitely check them out
We will do!

The NC State win as a 6 seed needs a bit of context. They beat one of the best college teams to ever take the floor. Houston was in the era of Phi Slama Jama and made 3 national championships in a row. ESPN did a documentary on them. Here is the trailer.
ua-cam.com/video/jqMHID2iDRE/v-deo.html
Thank you for the context 😀
I very much agree with NC State in 1983 being No. 1. They had double digit losses going into the tournament, so they wouldn't have even been in there if they hadn't been the upset winner of the ACC Tournament which included teams such as UNC featuring Michael Jordan and Virginia featuring Ralph Sampson. This automatically earned their a spot in the NCAA Tournament which they otherwise would not have gotten.
THEN they had to go through the NCAA Tournament as well -- and many of THOSE games they won by the skin of their teeth!
Incidentally, I went to NC State in 1989 and know that I may be biased, so I'm glad that NC State was picked to be the top of this list even 40 years later (so it's more than just my bias talking to me).
There are some teams that are considered basketball royalty, ie teams that are almost always really good & have been for a long time. Georgetown is one of those teams.
Today is Selection Sunday. It will happen 10pm London time, I think. We've switched over to daylight savings time today.
Thanks Pushpak! We will be there!
Some of the key games for the featured teams are available in full on UA-cam. The 1983 Championship is there, for example. ua-cam.com/video/m8xDrRcWSBU/v-deo.html Just know that back then, the 3-point line had yet to become a national rule in college ball.
"Greatest Upset in Sports History" for Villanova over Georgetown?!? May I present into evidence the "Miracle on Ice" 1980 U.S. Olympic Hockey team! Villanova played competitively in the same conference as Georgetown: the Big East. The 1980 U.S. Olympic Hockey team was created in a handful of months from college players who mostly had never met to play the Soviet Army's Hockey team that had been playing together for years and still is considered one of the best hockey teams of all time. My apologies but here is no comparison. Yes, Villanova's win deserves to be mentioned but it is not the clear cut "greatest".
An absolute must see video...the last basket shows Jimmy V running around...watch: Jimmy V speech...grab a tissue
Thank you!
Antonio Gates is one of the most prolific tight ends in NFL history.
Great stuff lads, Stanley Cup Hockey Playoffs are unlike anything in American pro sports . May into June...
Thank you TC!
Although the general format (seeded brackets) has been the standard ever since I can remember (I'm 52, so that goes back more than 40 years), the size of the tournament has increased.
When NC State won, I believe it was a 32 team field. Ergo, a 6 seed was pretty far down the pecking order.
What made that game so miraculous was not so much the difference in seeding. It was the gaping chasm of talent differential between NC State and the team they beat.
There is a basic rule in basketball. If a team has three excellent players and 4-5 role players who won't cause glaring harm, they can theoretically create problems for anyone.
Houston had at least a half dozen incredible, ultra-athletic superstars, including two who would become NBA Hall of Famers, and another six who probably could have started for the best teams in the country.
The semifinal game between Houston and Louisville, was billed as the de facto championship game - given that Louisville was the only team in the tournament with comparable talent.
Houston beat Louisville relatively easily. The NC State coach watched the game. He was quoted, "Louisville was better by 12 points than anyone we had played all year... And Houston just beat them by 13".
On paper, NC State had no earthly business being in the same gym with Houston, much less beating them. It was incredible to watch.
My favorite Cinderella story in u.s. sports history will always be the 1980 Winter Olympics where the US hockey team beat the Russians which was just never heard of. And the biggest part of that story is at that time the US was still sending amateur college athletes to the Olympics while the Russians had basically their former professional athletes. They found young talent in Russia and put them on the path to becoming an Olympic athlete from the time they were old enough to play the sport they housed them their families got better housing than anybody else they got constant training and we're basically paid to become perfect athletes for Russia. No one thought the US team could even win one match against the Russians. I will never forget hearing and watching this game and Al Michaels the television announcer yelling Do you believe in Miracles?
This would be a great UA-cam reaction for you guys.
Thank you Karen, have added this one to our list

‘Nova won the 85’ title, also in 16 knocked off UNC to capture the schools second national title and then in 2018 knocked off Michigan to capture the schools third title and second in three years.
Match best month of the year
will the watch along be available as a vod afterwards? won’t be able to watch it live
Yeah it will stay on the channel, thanks Noah!
Are you streaming the section show here on UA-cam
For all the teams mentioned in this video, yeah, the seeding style was the same.
The brackets are out!!!!
March madness begins this week.
I'd love to you guys fill out a bracket with a weekly update until none of your teams are in it
Hope you caught our bracket video Nathan. We’ve got multiple ones in ourselves and done a joint one for the channel
@@DNReacts AZ over Texas 👍
No 1966 UTEP is the snub of the century
One of you is gonna get a perfect bracket
A #5 v #12 has produced the most upsets.
Don’t agree on one point: that guy said the number one upset in all of sports history. That title goes to the US hockey team beating the Soviets in the 1980 Olympics … or shoot, maybe Leicester winning the premier league.
Watch a video that gives tips on how to pick your teams for your bracket
Selection Show is tonight!!!
Yes!! We are doing a live watch a long!
Sweeeeeet!!!
(Also I’m a Virginia long-time fan, they might do well this year)
Y'all should react to some college baseball ⚾️
Yes! I love college baseball. And there is always a lot of excitement and drama in the regionals and College World Series'.
Thank you, we will. We’ve got it noted on the list. When Basketball and Hockey are out of season we’re hoping to have some space in the schedule
Did you guys watch Great Britain vs USA in the World Baseball Classic?
No, it was on too late, but we did react to it and it’s premiering in just over an hour!
@@DNReacts GB played well, the umpire was a bit unfair, a lot of bad calls going against the GB pitcher.
Go University of Houston. Gonna take it thise year is sasser gets healthy. Phi Slamma Jamma part 2 except with the W this time. Btw, im biased but can i suggest watching a video on the UH Mens Basketball team with Drexler and Olajuwon. They were called Phi Slamma Jamma back in the day and the two won an NBA title together with the Houston Rockets after leaving college. I'm a bit biased though. Been enjoying the content yall
Georgetown is terrible. They just fired their coach...Patrick Ewing. Also, I think the 2011 VCU team should be higher. I can agree with NC State being #1. BTW, the NC State coach at the time, Jim Valvano gave one of the greatest speeches I've ever heard at the 1993 ESPY Awards. He was fighting cancer at the time, which made the speech all the more emotional. Here's the link: ua-cam.com/video/rNuCS5ZtPJg/v-deo.html
Thanks for the info, we will check that out 😊
Nc state documentary is a great watch
Appreciate the suggestion, thank you 🙏
You should react to Jimmy Vs ESPY speech
The truth about brackets is they are like the lottery. No one knows. Even people who live college basketball get thrown off every year because some low ranked team goes on a run and ruins everyone's bracket. It's all just best guess. You guys have the same odds of a perfect bracket than any statistician. That's what makes it fun for the average sports fan.
If you guys want powerful runners at both QB and running back in the modern day nfl, check out Cam Newton (QB) and Marshawn Lynch (HB)
Thanks for the suggestions!
@@DNReacts Thanks for the great content! You guys are picking it up pretty fast
