Hello... We booked Novotel Zurich at Airport Messe ZURICH area .. it was good and was able to provide Indian breakfast options to us. Also, just outside the hotel, we had a tram station which gave us a really good connectivity.. from here, we used to take tram to Zurich HB(central railway station) which takes 20-25 mins from this hotel, and from there, you can travel to anywhere in Switzerland. The per night costed us around Rs13000 for one room.
Also, you might feel that Gstaad is a little far from Zurich . But we went in June which was peak season and all the hotels in and around Gstaad were exorbitantly costly...(around 40k per night)..hence we stayed in Zurich only.. if you can find a hotel in Interlaken that will be best as it is the centre of Switzerland and all places will be well connected..
Today, early morning i watched your vlog, really ...it was so refreshing....
