    So it means that for barbell heavy squat I have to use bracing technique.and in body weight squat i m using breathing technique like i breath in when I go down breath out when I come up.i want to just clear that itis wright by your reply please Bro🙏.

      Bro suppose I use bodyweight squat breathing technique inhale when go down exhale on coming up actually i use to do like this with 40kg and +barbell but stoped like this started bracing technique from last 3weeks I am kind of final stage of the biggener .so what happens if i do barbell weighted squat with bodyweight breathing technique.i mean can I do or it is prohibited i should use bracing technique for barbell. weighted squat. Please reply.

      @@sachinpatel7004 you can do it that way! You just might need to hold your breath instead for the really tough reps

      ​@@sachinpatel7004exhale after last quarter of the rep my guess. This video he's talking about barbell back squat, why would u brace doing body weight squat? His other replys seem like he's covering his butt.

    After heavy squad suddenly killer headache i feel and after 2 days of resting when i did warm and do pushpups the killer headache is come again and after increasing weight in every excercise headache kepp increasing please give me some solution I'm in really trouble from this headache

      You'll have to keep training it! If you're getting off balance, your stabilizing muscles are getting tired. So we have to train them!

      @@LanceGoyke yep bro, but still even bodyweight squats are extremely tiring and taxing on my knees. Can you tell me how I can avoid straining my knees?

      @@shivampurohit1331 Hmm. It could be any number of things. Most people mess up because they don't push through their heels during the entire rep. Even subtle shifts onto your forefeet can cause problems. Other than that, you can bend more at the waist, pushing the hips back, as you descend in the squat. That will place more load on the hips and less on the knees.
