Ive got a mini but just ordered a MKII. I use Logic Pro and DaVinci quite often, but not enough to remember all the keyboard shortcuts. Having the Streamdeck means i can program the key strokes to the buttons so i don’t have to remember them.
Not sure if there is any difference between the 15 & 32 Key stream decks but Davinci Resolve doesn't work with it. No matter what action/key I bind. There's no function.
The guy is clearly a product pitchman and is getting paid to do what he does. Nobody just get up one day and goes" i really love this product, let me take a lot of my time and resources and do an awesome review of the product so the company that doesn't know jack about me can make tons of money." It dont take much for a company to prop up an employee, family member, or freinds of family members and employees with the resouces to have them yapping away in obviously sponsored videos like these.
Streamdeck has native scene switching in OBS. To test this, use StreamDeck Mobile, add 2 obs scene buttons and assign them to the scene you want. Stream Deck Mobile will be your best friend here when trying to set this up. You will get 6 free buttons to test/use.
you are wrong about getting the mobile for free.. Thats ONLY if you have an iphone or ipad.. and there are many people, that dont use Apple... You dont even mention that, you just say, that you can use your old device.. yeah again, if you have an apple.
