Thanks Tim for sharing. Been considering somethings like this as at 55, my knees don’t like tire changing on the garage floor either ! And with my new jack stands bought primarily for my KLR, I’m going to use them to balance my next tire change as you showed. Annnd, I have an 805 on the back. I like it as well. It’s a good price and does well off and on road. Thanks again Tim !

Great video. I recently purchased the same stand but I haven't used it yet. Now I don't have to read the instructions. I also purchased the Tusk balance stand so your totorial was very helpful. Do you have a video on installation of a carb rejeting kit? I purchased a DynoJet kit and the instructions are brief. Thanks!
This looks like a good low cost solution for light tires, but I must admit that my NoMar has been a treat for the heavy tires on my LT. It is a pricey solution though.
Yes, This Tusk is definitely a budget option. The NoMar is a very nice piece of equipment. They are pricey, but over time, a NoMar would pay for itself both in $$ and less frustration if you do your own tire changes. Maybe someday :) - Thanks for watching.
Hi Mark, Yes I would. If the machine is made for, or has the appropriate adapters for motorcycle wheels, it should work fine. I have looked into these myself and someday I hope to have one in my shop. Thanks for the comment and for watching.

I really don’t like the stock tires my klr came with.. my question is do you have any experience/opinions on using balance beads instead of fixed weights for your tires.. I like the idea that they basically rebalance every time you ride and having a tube seems like you don’t have to worry about damage to your inner wheel.. any thoughts you have would be appreciated.. I like that you really try to be objective in your thoughts and opinions.. thanks again..

Having been to MMM in Tennessee, This 805 is a GREAT tire choice for the rides there. You will be so glad you chose them! Enjoy the rally!
