@@Thespicyapron yep have used it every day! Most of the presets are good (salmon, tuna, eggs) but others I have definitely had to create my own….fresh sausage pattys it turned them into hockey bucks. Same with frozen hamburgers. Definitely keeping my chefs choice package though! 😊

No to the Guinness! Guinness is not an ale. I lived in the UK for decades and my dad was from Scotland along with his parents and grandparents. And something like this I would use Newcastle Brown ale. Guinness is the world of its own and depending what it's in it can cook up bitter. Newcastle Brown ale has a delicate sweetness that is wonderful to cook with! Just an FYI for anyone who cares. :-)
