That sounded amazing. I think Schecter is really carving a niche for themselves with the Sustainiac. And they are high quality guitars at a great price. Lots of bang for the buck.
The best demo of the Sustainiac and what it can do that I’ve seenI! loved the intro! As someone else has commented it was very David Gilmour! An inspiring demo of an inspiring guitar. Thanks.❤
EVH , during the "Balance" era VH would use the Sustaniac in certain songs. "Respect the Winds" from the Twister soundtrack is one that comes to mind. Also the Wolfgang guitar he uses in the song "Catherine" done in his 5150 studio utilizes the Sustaniac. Someone mentioned that it was used in the song "Humans Being" as well...but I don't hear it. 🤷Awesome Vid!! Nice tones!
They sound amazing Jarrod. That intro was bad ass; I got vibes of being at the opening of a Pink Floyd concert. Love those pickups and you can't go wrong with Schecter.
AWESOME!!! Thanks, man! This is a hell of a demo! I've been trying to learn right handed after 20 years of left handed because the Majesty is only in righty but Schecter makes everything in lefties. I like the look of the Schecter but for some reason I just felt like the Majesty was supposed to be superior somehow. I want THIS one!!! (I've been thinking playing righty is eventually going to click but it hasn't yet, I think it's time to abandon righty and get this Mach 7 in lefty)
The sustainiac is very cool! I liked everything you did with it. I remember seeing that video of Steve Vai playing For The Love of God with an orchestra and at the end he uses the sustainiac, but for a long time I never knew that was what he used and I always wondered how he did that. I’ve got to get a guitar with one of those sustainiacs one day! I wish they made a majesty with one.
I've had 30 different guitars over the past ten years, from cheap to expensive, and still my cheap schecter is the one I most often reach for. Other than new pickups its stock as a rock and ill sooner play it than ones 4 times the price. Granted, they're not for everyone, but their quality is above their price imo.
I really like schecter guitars. Still loving my first and only 7 string. Picked up a Jackson X series Dinky 7 for a steal. I'm still a novice with the 6 string, so upgrading my 7 string is still off the books. I do like that Schecter though.
I just ordered this used in ember burst. I’m going to tune this to A standard as soon as I get it. Like you I’m a majesty guy but I wanted something beefier. It was either this or the KM 7 my iii but the sustainiac and Floyd sold me.
Congratulations! I love thwy color. Honestly that's the color I wanted but they were out of stock on it when I ordered mine. You're gonna love the trem system and the sustainiac pick up. Your solos will be so much more exciting
@@TONEWARSgearshow ahhh GC cancelled my order. Apparently the guitar was sold but they never took it off the computer. Now I cant find them anywhere. A Sweetwater rep told me they will have them in stock in 2 to 3 months.
@@TONEWARSgearshow You won’t believe it. When I searched schecter banshee Mach 7 fr s it didn’t come up. But I just searched schecter 7 fr and it came up. It’s on its way. Little ticked off, the other was used. I could have saved 400.
Great video! How does the upper fret access and weight compare to your other 7 strings? I currently have an older Schecter Jeff Loomis 7 but the position of the volume pot is right in the way of my pick hand and the ash body is pretty heavy. Thinking about moving to the Banshee Mach if the upper part of the neck is manageable for average size hands lol.
The only thing I find with my Sustainiac is if trying to do taping while it's on it kinda kills the notes in that situation. So you have to be skillful in where to have it on.
Hello! Are you using any profile pack of your shop on the video? I Will recive a mach 7 fr s soon and im interested in the tone that you used, because i wanna try a solid solo sound to start with a 7 string guitar (that has all these characteristics). It would help me so much! Sry about my english hahaha

Thank you. I agree, great guitar, especially for the price

That sustainiac is just mesmerizing. Love that guitar
I've been looking at that Guitar on Reverb. I like that back as much as the front. It's Beautiful and killer looking all in one.

Yes,I love the song Humans Being
Just got the mach 6 frs. I remembered how good this demo you did was . Phenomenal guitar 🎸 and demo. 🔥🔥🔥

Hey Darrell, good hearing from you. Thanks so much. I'm so glad I exchanged the Elite for the Banshee. The Banshee is awesome
Great demo of sustainiac …took m awhile to acclimate ..buts a great tool ..and actually improved my creativity for sure
Hey Jarod that was awesome!
loved the way you used the sustaniac!
Thanks for sharing the love my brother 🙏
Only 2 minutes in and already loving it! Great Playing!
Купил такую, одним из первых. Кайф, как звучат звукосниматели.. 🥹 Кстати, гитара подорожала за последние пол года.

Best guitar I've ever owned right there. Next I want a multiscale 8 with lundgrens and all the other high end appointments that come on the Mach.

thanks for commenting. I really miss thet guitar. I'll be able to play it again in 3 weeks
It’s cool you got the Lundgreds . I have m8s in my 8 string . They are so tight and articulate
Great pickups for sure!! Nice clarity, very balanced and tons of great output
really sounds great, Jared. I am happy for you and hope you enjoy your new guitar!!! Keep shredding

Once you find the right guitar, it's hard to play anything else

Sounds very cool Jarrod! The Sustainiac is an awesome pickup to get some cool feedback from, fun to experiment with.

Thanks man just ordered one of these guitars great video

Nice versatile instrument. I've always heard great things about Schecter guitars. Still surprised Jeff Loomis left them for Jackson.
Money I am sure.
I have a Jackson PC-1 that’s gotten way too valuable and expensive to take out. This seems like a great substitute!
I really think you would enjoy playing this guitar very much.
Very cool vid brother!

NICE!!!!!!!!! However, in your hands, we can expect nothing less!
Thank you my friend
