Good to see you guys back. I agree that the Leafs should win the division this year. I think they'll go far in the playoffs. The addition of Tanev and hiring Berube were massive moves. Rielly finally has a legitimate partner and Berube is a big improvement on Keefe who was learning on the job. Treliving had his hands tied but he did enough to change the dynamic of the team.
They should push for Cowan to play in the AHL. The Kraken got an exception last year for Shane Wright. I was at the game in Montreal Sunday. Cowan was not standing out as much as Saturday.
Roger's sold Monday night hockey to Amazon because viewership is down Monday's for Roger's. Good business decision. Rogers NHL's contract runs out in 2 years don't be surprised if Amazon picks it up. Pay per view is the prize

If Marner is too 5 in scoring by Xmas (and good chance he will be because he’ll be motivated like Nylander) then it’s a given that he’ll re-sign for over 12 mil a year by mid January (like Nylander) And then he’ll taper off and do nothing the rest of the season (like Nylander). It’s rinse and repeat.
