Gone in 60 Seconds, 1974---“ Eleanor” Is a 1971 Fastback Ford Mustang playing the role of a 1973 Mach 1 Ford Mustang, a true lady both beautiful and tough and is the "Star" of Gone in 60 Seconds. Eleanor is the only Ford Mustang in history to receive Star title credit in a movie…making “Eleanor” a household name.
I'm a great fan of this movie. I saw it several times at the theaters back in the day. Truly a classic I can relate to because I live so close to where all the filming was done. While the movie was perfect for when it was released, the whole plot would not work in 2017 as these types of chases occur almost every week live on the evening news in Los Angeles.
Nice ending, laughed my socks off when the woman came to collect her car from the carwash
HBH was the man of car crashes and chases. My he rest peacefully.
Love that you can see the film crew in the middle of the road in some shots
Austin Drumm And that everybody is just conveniently watching the film shoot.
Thanks for continuing to upload H.B.H Gone in 60. R.i.p. HBH The car crash king.
The no antilock brakes pile up scene 🎬 😅 hilarious
Thank you for putting us up far too many people think the Nicolas Cage version is the only Gone in 60 Seconds when it is a sad attempt at making it better. H B Halicki is the only person who could have delivered a better version. Unfortunately we lost this action movie pioneer while trying to make the sequel. So in respect for the man I say thank you
"Sir, what happened to your car?" Everything happened to my car lmao

Hope to be like him some day for real respect 💪💪 👍👍

How do the sunglasses not slide around on the dash
Cadillac smoothness on the road. Cars these days make you feel every little bump and rut in the road, but cars back then made it feel like you were gliding over the road.
@@thereturningshadow tell me about it,thats part of the reason im hesitant on changing my shocks and springs

YOu only need to change them if they fail and your car starts riding rough and your tires rub the top of the wheel well. IF you still have a smooth ride, then don't mess with them.
I have the same car an the same color
