why they have different colored emergency light bars on roof top; one car has all red and other has red and blue lights? is there any different in type of police service/unit because it looks both police cars are from same highway patrol unit ? how did this go at least in those time when film was made?
@@prime6220 It's not really uncommon for cars in the same unit to have different lights. Police, fire and ambulances often get free light bars from companies to try them out. Also, during the period when light bars were changing, the old cars would have old bars but new cars woould be equipped with the newer model bars.
Ah, the 1970s .... the last full decade you could even have a fictitious car chase and have it be fun. Vehicles were still made of metal back then. Today, it's nothing but rubbermaid cars. Love the CCC channel for obscure but fun flicks!

In August of 1992 I’d been the passenger in a’83 Pontiac Firebird and while waiting for the train to get past us it never arrived at the designated time; so we waited until 10 minutes past its alleged arrival time only to say the Hell with it and as we were driving across the tracks it ended up smashing into the car and threw me at least 12 feet outta the window which was rolled down. I never wore a seatbelt back then and it saved my life not doing it. Jack Vacek was the voice of the WK90 Officer on Gone in 60 Seconds and also a secondary camera operator. Jack and his then girlfriend, Patrice Schubert wrote this film. They got money from Jack's father; John, and I'm sure Toby Halicki helped out as well with either cars, money, filming equipment or all of the above. I have a sneaking suspicion Toby would have been more involved with this movie, if not starring in it; had he not been embroiled in several law suits at the time. He had been slapped with a pretty serious cease and desist charge while filming the first attempt at "Gone in 60 Seconds - 2". The footage he had shot would sit in the can until it could be used in "The Junkman" in 1981.

Got my license in Canada in 1961. I lived in a small town and we were all into cars. We'd be out all hours of the night looking to race. One night about 2 am we were mostly parked on the main drag when the local cop would come down and stop beside each of us. The message was always the same. I have paperwork to do and no time to chase you guys. I think it's time you all went home. The reply was always the same...."yes sir, it is getting late. You have a nice night!" We went home. Those were the days and I miss them.
Oh you mean the time people didn’t fear the cops because they were the friends of the people not the enemy? I also remember that beautiful era. A age where cops weren’t dressed like special forces commandos but were actually police. We need to go back
I voted to keep the premieres when you had that poll. I've CHANGED my mind. Not because I can't wait or don't appreciate the movies, but rather I find myself skipping your movies thinking they're all premieres, which they're not. Just food for thought that maybe your missing part of your audience with the premier part of your program.

I loved watching this movie, thanks for putting it UA-cam. Looking back on growing up in the 1970s was fun. We had time to play and things were not that complicated as they are now. I liked the pinball machine... reminded me of this one hangout joint I used to visit. Cops nowadays are like little morons with a programmed setting. Back in the day cops were normal people who voiced their own opinion and not company policy. Back then the cops carried revolvers and a shotgun, now they are armed with pepper spray, stun gun, pistols with extra magazines, cameras, shotguns, assault rifles and knives. The police cars are like self-contained assault units with cameras and computers. There is a remote chance if one can get away from the cops in a car chase, don't try it sucker. Lol... great movie.

We need to go back
The 7 Up sign just about blew my mind.
good 70s movie i will love to see more 70s movies
I voted to keep the premieres when you had that poll. I've CHANGED my mind. Not because I can't wait or don't appreciate the movies, but rather I find myself skipping your movies thinking they're all premieres, which they're not. Just food for thought that maybe your missing part of your audience with the premier part of your program.
Really enjoyed this, and that was a top frame buggy!
Mesa de Pinbal, o cara em uma gaiola dando trabalho para a policia, legal, isso sim é uma relíquia, parabéns pela postagem!
Did anyone notice in the beginning, the guy that jumped on the motorcycle, the guy that actually rides the motorcycle and the guy in the close ups all different people. Ha ha lmao 🏍
Still remember the old fashioned single oval shaped flasher on the cop cars !!!! 😊
We used to call them "bubblegum machines". Where I lived, they went out of use about 1962 or 3. Only had one siren - wail.
Thanks for the upload ❤

That waitress at the beginning reminds me of Janine Lindemulder, resemblance is striking!! 👍🏿❤️
Это фильм, а не реальность, копы умные в реальной жизни, все люди разные, классный фильм круто спасибо за видео😊, скидывайте еще

CHiP's vibes man, I dig it.
I'll race you to the donut shop! LOL
I saw this at my local theater when I was in kindergarten! I think it was a double feature with Breaker Breaker!
Reminds me of the "Dukes of Hazzard". F*ckin' CLASS
The 80's down are movies, or what a movie was, 90's is the changing decade last of good movies well at least for me

@alexansari2138 It's us "CCC" that upload movies to UA-cam in our channel! Do subscribe if you enjoy our movies and drop by for some entertainment! Cheers!
Best chase seen ever!
Great drive in movie on a Sat nite
Motorcycles got much bigger in the 80s. I had 90cc in the 60s and 250cc in the 70s and 900cc in the 80s and three 1500s a few years ago. I like my big bikes a lot better.
My oldest brother rode a Honda 750 Four at the time this was filmed. It was not small.
@@-oiiio-3993 750 Honda is a fun bike and has plenty of pickup speed, the inline 4 cylinder ones. The bikes like 1500s just take a little while to get used to the difference. It heavier and has plenty of power and is wider, more comfortable but the old 750s would beat it in speed.
People got much heavier too!
thanks for uploading
The intro guitar solo sounds like someone just learning how to tap, rockin!
