    Little attention is given to this town, which has a Historic Standards and Regulations for any building or restorations and has several Historic Grand Homes.
    I feel it is ignored duevtithe fact the Union Army held the area for 3 years and used it for their Operations.
    It begs to have the deeper and full stories told and that of the families that were residents.

    2:49.....Since this house was apparently still standing intact during the Jones era, it means Jones was pro-Union. I know that war. Union forces sacked ,in a pillaging frenzy, every single "Secesh" house they found. But they didnt wreck this place.
