I got somewhat excited from the Santa picture that was the thumbnail when I saw this, thinking someone had finally posted the full present gifting soundtrack 😭 I tried looking for that, but I barely could find any videos just of it, so I couldn’t find any finds at all of the soundtrack

Yeah! I found a video from Lovisa Flowerhome, uploaded 9 years ago to make sure, and it's definitely "Lobby_MainTheme" with silent neigh and hay sounds on background. On my channel it called "old browser loading music" or something like this. Almost the same track from Fishing Village, just slightly different c:
