70th anniversary of World War II

2015 marks the 70th anniversary of World War II; the United States and all its allies are celebrating the defeat of Germany and Japan.
My mother told me about her escape experience during WWll; I took this opportunity to write it down in memory of my parents, aunt, and grandma.
