AR Rahman - Live Musical theatre - we can be the best...Headhunting to Beatboxing - Cannes 2024

MUSICAL genius AR Rahman sat down with us for a few minutes at the Bharat Pavilion to speak to us about hist latest project which he is promoting in. Cannes, 'Headhunting to Beatboxing'.
It is a documentary he has produced with direction by Rohit Gupta who shoots everything on an I-phone. The doc looks at the musical styles and traditions to Nagaland, which is in the northeast of India. It has been affllicted by violence in the past, stoked by tensions between different indigenous groups and is an often neglected and forgotten part of India - what better champion than AR Rahman...
