I love my k mart wallpaper, so reasonably price, when we get sick of it we just pull it off and put a different one on, well done k mart well done our humble home.
🤣No we do fill in the holes actually we've just filled some in on another wall I'll be wallpapering. I thought I would leave the reinforced holes in just in case I wanted to replace the mirror at some stage...but great observation skills!😄 Thank you for watching.
Thanks so much. I had my eye on the K-Mart removable wallpapers, but as there was only me living at home with no-one else to help, I wasnt sure if it was possible to do this on my own or not. Admittedly, I havent seen a K-Mart wallpaper that I really like, but its the only removable wallpaper that I'm aware is available here in Adelaide. Sure there are all sort of options online, but when I buy online, I find that my card details have been used to hack my accounts, and even send me stuff that I never ordered and then bill me without my knowledge. I have had to change my bank card and have my computer professionally cleaned three times. No more online buying for me.

It wasn't too bad doing this on my own, well I had a bit of help from our kitten:) I love the wallpaper I put up and I will be doing another video with different Kmart self adhesive wallpaper but I know what you mean, I'm not keen on all of their designs. But be warned, mine did start to peel off which I have heard can happen. Thankfully it does just stick back on when pressed but I thought next time I might try applying it with wallpaper glue and see how that goes. It should be interesting, maybe a fab or fail video, but hopefully it will work! Sorry to hear about your online experiences:(
@@ourhumblehomediy - thanks for the info about the paper peeling. I was wondering about that, as one of the reviews said the same thing. I wondered if I could add glue. Your wall looks fabulous by the way. What a huge difference for a few dollars,
Thank you! Yes, I made sure the pattern lined up at the top and also check as you go down from the top that it's all lined up properly. Also make sure that it is lined up straight otherwise as you stick it down it will go crooked and the pattern won't line up either. That's what happened to me on the last strip that I had to remove and restick. If you get it all straight and lined up at the top when you start the strip you're on, it should all be fine as you go down from there🙂🌺 Thank you for watching!
I can't get the pattern lined up. I've never wallpapered in my life and silly me bought a floral design with flowers going up and down. I'll keep trying though. I've pulled the first part off 3 times and it still sticks well.
Did you have any drama when you geeked the last part off to redo it? I’m in a rental and just want to be sure it’s uncomplicated to remove. Thanks for the video!
The only drama I had when I took it off to restick was that it folded in on itself and stuck together. I managed to pull it apart and reapply it fortunately. I don't think you'll have any problems taking it off😊
Hi Erena, thank you for subscribing:) Yes, I used only one roll here, actually not even one roll entirely I had probably close to 2metres left which was great because I have extra to use for other projects🙂
You're so lucky ! In California we lost all of our Kmarts . We miss it so. Apartments going up in most of their old locations 😢

what cutter did you use??
It was a Ryobi Stanley knife that came with a tool kit my husband bought. Any sort of little cutting knife would work though😊🌸
