Now that is a meal that I would absolutely love! And I am so curious what that wasabi ginger ale tastes like, I really like regular ginger ale, it kinda makes sense to me that it might pair up well...since I love that combo of flavors when I eat sushi. I think the difference in the beef was mostly because the Prime was definitely chuck steak, which makes more of a really good slow-cooked roast...the Wagyu was most likely a better cut from the cow, probably not the chuck steak (but I couldn't tell which cut it was for sure)
I love Sukiyaki. Very hard to find legit version in US, must find a real Japanese restaurant (never order Sukiyaki from a "generic" Asian restaurant in the US).
Japanese culinary food never fails to amuse me. And the chefs there really enjoys their job there too!
