Is there any snakes in your pond? No, the crocodiles ate all the snakes. You have crocodiles? Only to keep down the snakes and piranha fish. 😂😂😂 Only joking, nice looking place you have their Terry. AirBnB and UA-cam seem to work well together buddy. Good luck with that, good video. 👍✌️🙏
You got an amazing deal on this land! Try not to kill it with chemicals though, wood vinegar is a better way to go. Can't wait to see more videos of your land and your life on the farm. Keep going dude.
Hi Terry, great vlog. I am an ex-pat from UK. Been living in Khon Kaen for 11 years, married to a lovely Thia lady. I think that your farm is amazing and would love to visit for a few days when you get it up and running. Could be a goog little earner. God bless 🙂🙏
Thank you Graeme 🙏 we would love to have you and your wife once we set it up.11 years,That's fantastic, I have not been to Khon Kaen or that part of Thailand for that matter .Me and the wife have spoken about it but have yet to set a plan to visit but we do want to visit someday 🙏
All you serious?! It costs more than $5K to dig that pond. You are very lucky. Renting it out as AirBNB or from your youtube channel is a fantastic idea. Just put an AC up there and it would turn into a luxury accommodation with a traditional vibe. People would pay top $ to stay in such a place. It is like a piece of paradise. A very good selling point is that pond. Make sure there is a mixture of fish in it. People would love to have such a unique authentic experience there. I know I do. You bought it $5K Im happy to buy it $15K cash from you :))
Where in Thailand are you? Just found the channel. Love it. I had a house in Chae Hom in the 90's but bad Thai family. Lost it all. But muss the Thai mountain life.
Just found your channel really interested in what you are doing. I live I hua Hin about 4hrs from you. I was looking at growing ganja as a crop but land here is so expensive so I gave up on that I do grow a small amount at my home for fun but I'm really interested in the farming side of things as I love growing plants I even looked into the hydro stuff with no soil there's so many options. One big thing is as not being a thai national you have to be very careful not to be hands on getting cought working would be a nightmare with out the correct visa ect. Anyway your farm has massive potential I'd personally run it as a fishing lake with exclusive booking that's my background from the uk I used to manage and run four lake in the uk while being a carpenter 😂😂 Keep up the good work my man
Amazing, Mr. Terry, AWESOME farm and video! Great idea: this would be a great place to visit, durian tasting, and a place to stay for a day or two when I visit Thailand. Silly question: are there snakes around the farm ( for those of us who don't care very much about crossing paths with those creepy crawlers 🙁)
We do have snakes but you most likely won't see them ,the past 20 years in our village no one has been bitten ,I do have a vid of a big cobra a farmer caught and killed we made lunch out of him, take a look at the vid but don't be afraid ua-cam.com/users/shortseb0MySF-z6I?feature=share
Should wear shoes made of rubber. that is almost knee length Or have a long stick to clear forward while walking inspect the garden Because snakes are usually very afraid of people. It will choose to flee rather than bite you. If it's not really impromptu
Welcome to the channel, man we have a bunch over here take a look at this vid this is the big one, we made stir fry with it ua-cam.com/users/shortseb0MySF-z6I?feature=share

not good for B&B. I can buy from you 50% profit for you at £10,000 😊 love this property near the mountains and isolated. Showed it to my Thai wife here in the uk she agrees ❤
I suppose the price of the harvest is high due to the cost of labour involved in picking this fruit and the trees must be mature ,so how many farm hands will you need to pick the crop and how much for wages

Amazing place! What would a house build like that one cost in today's money roughly?
30k to 40k labor and material is my best guess could be more
Pattaya videos
I suppose the price of the harvest is high due to the cost of labour involved in picking this fruit and the trees must be mature ,so how many farm hands will you need to pick the crop and how much for wages
Normally the buyers will bring their own farm hands that pick the fruit ,we just agree on a price per kilo and they pick
Any snake ?? 😊 Anyway nice land Mr.Terry.. i m from myanmar
