what breaks my heart the most is seeing the face of defeat in my patients after weeks stuck in their room w oxygen constantly blasting in their face and bleeding from the cracking in their nose because of the dryness. This video was very insipiring and I will continue to speak to my patients lovingly and remind them that "the sun will shine again". Black, white, brown, -we are all God's children. Don't forget that. thank you.

Your comment makes me calm, my father used oxygen bypap for at least 2 weeks and i am glad that the cracks on his nose is common. It breaks my heart to million pieces when I remember his face . My father on the bed was not the same person I knew all my life. The fear, anxiety and stress first killed my dear father then his lungs bcz of covid although his test came negative after a while. Thank you and all kind hard working nurses. God bless you all.

Not only do you take care of 4-5 patients at a time you are sometimes stuck with our super sick patients because we have either not enough nurses for you to bring us our patient or no beds. That stress is unbelievable to me. Thank you for what you do for the patients and us in the unit. When we have enough nurses tripled, we can divert when desperate. The top of the world’s covid-19 virus epidemic prevention is the paradise (Taiwan) that foreigners want to enter. It is also the refuge and epidemic prevention place for the presidents and CEOs of the world. It is the safest place in the world and a clean land for humans to prevent the epidemic. To cherish all these good things..

Wow. Where I live in the uk it is especially bad as we are in tier 4 and are in a 2 month extremely strict lockdown. All the hospitals across the uk are full up. The staff are getting COVID, there are more and more people dying. This is not as worse as the zombie apocalypse because it depends on your health. We have Borris Johnson and he has not been the best guy for this job as he has been sending the whole of the uk mixed signals 🧐

I will do what I can to not go to those beds. Those beds are where you and you wallet got to fall apart. Covid survival means financial ruin after such a trip.

Let’s thank the respiratory therapist’s too. Probably have the most “high exposure” job out there right now. We intubate the patient and extubate them as well. We literally are all up in their mouths. Insert arterial lines, perform CPT, do bronchoscopies, etc.
