Do you know if there's going to be any retail in the new area? (red point)

Yes there is a huge retail outlet in the development plans for the area. All of the homes, including the neighborhood featured in this video, are surrounding what is called an “Urban Core” which includes shopping and dining. This will be tremendous for property values in the area.
