I remimber watching Talking Dead that night. She was on to say goodbye, and she was weeping and didn't want to leave. It was heartbreaking.

Beth is my all time favorite character, and her death absolutely breaks my heart, over and over again. Daryl and Maggie’s reaction is so sad, especially cuz Daryl never shows a lot of emotion,
Samantha Morren yeah but her lori dale hershel they are useless at the end of the day, but yeah that was sad
FBI we got em Lori was pregnant most of the time so there was really not much she could do, Dale was actually pretty helpful, Hershel was as well but with his leg it's not like he could go out and fight all the time, Beth wasn't a useless character, she just died before she could really step up in the group.

Kudos to Courtney for noticing Rick didn't have his "Murder Coat" when he killed that guy. Lia, nice cutting with the separate reactions. hopefully you can do that again when the next big episode hits. I was hoping for a "Dale" sized reaction out of Molly when Beth was shot. Has she become too jaded with it all already. :-)
I'm still getting over Beth's death, she was my favorite. I think if she hadn't died she'd have been a complete badass for the rest of the series.

@@benporter3392 I don't think it's the fact that they run out of things to do with her they murder all the characters off they solely do it for shock value they've said it themselves they make you love a character and once they know you love that character they kill them off it's such a waste of great talent they kill Shane off way too early they kill T-Dog way too early they kill Merle way too early!

Beth's death still makes me cry. Dang. And I thought I wouldn't because I've watched it many times now. Beth shouldn't have died. And just when she was starting to learn how to survive out there on her own, they take her from us. I think she could've been a great character with mad skills. She was a fighter til the end. RIP Beth. Now, let's bring on the next one. Great seeing you again Courtney! And Lia, I'm happy to hear that you are continuing to do LOST with Mira. I wonder what crazy theories she'll come up with. Just when I was about to go turn in for the night..
The framing technique used for the hallway exchange is called a “Dutch Angle” or “Dutch Tilt.” This is a camera technique that makes the viewer feel tense and uneasy. They have used this tilt in EVERY hallway shot, except for when they briefly cut to Beth huggIng Noah while starring at officer Lerner. They also keep changing the direction of the tilt as they move from shot to shot.
Starting at 7:10 you all make a comment about feeling uneasy - mission accomplished! 😎😁

I noticed this small tidbit during a rewatch. But basically you hear Rick say "can't go back Bob" the same way that Gareth said it to Bob in 5x1. In the scope of the entire season, we're seeing the deconstruction of our hero to who he eventually becomes in the finale. It's crazy to watch as a whole.

When I first watched the walking dead I quit watching for a couple years after this episode because I was so distraught. I had such a soft spot for Beth and was horrified when she died!

This is one of my favorite TWD episodes ever. This episode completely shocked me. I cried uncontrollably when Beth was shot. She was such a good soul always used to sing and raise your spirits. I usually don't cry but this scene made me cry uncontrollably. For that I will always remember this episode.

My mom and dad used to watch the show with me all the time we watched the first episode together and watched all the episodes all the way up to this point but they stopped watching after the a****** showrunners killed Beth! I suggest checking out the actress who played her she is a really great singer Emily Kenny!

One of the top 10 WD episodes for emotional punch. I went from horror at Beths death to "YYESSS!!" when Darryl shot the cop in the face to tears when Maggie saw the aftermath.
