I’m 41, and remember the beginning of Architects and didn’t think much, since then they’ve established themselves as THE metal band of the past decade. I’m blown away by their work, sams vocals, the time changes, unusual use of melody the lyrical quality. Unmatched in the scene
He was so nice when I got to meet him last summer! I love hearing him talk outside of the songs cuz I love his accent haha but he's super chill overall
Regardless of your opinion on the new stuff. I'm just happy to see Sam in what looks like a good place. The last album the abuse was just pathetic and it was horrible seeing them go through some of the comments. Hope he and the band just continue to enjoy themselves
word, I was particularly concerned about sam and dan the first 5 years after Tom's passing and it seemed like they never took a proper break over the last ten years since Tom died. Insane how they managed to push through it all.
@@JohnnyHendrix-h3c people sometimes bury themselves in their work to cope i guess. But the fact people were using Tom as a way to shit on the band, just because the songs weren't the same. Absolutely disgusting, and it was no surprise to see them so deeply affected. Thankfully they've risen above the trolls and look to be producing a major album.
I saw architects first tour after Tom passed away at a really small venue in Phoenix and it's still in my top 5 favorite concert experiences of my life. They played a super long set and it was both brutal and heartfelt. Can't wait to see them again!
If Sam reads it by any chance - you guys are so loved and impacted many people around the world to the same extend that linkin park did. Speaking of myself personally, but pretty sure many people think the same. I love Architects and will forever do so, thank you for making music
I have been a die hard architects fan since AOGHAU and Holy Hell. I have been patiently waiting for the heavy and so happy its here again. I love this band and always will. SAM YOURE THE GOAT. THANK YOU ROCK FEED.
Met Sam once before a show when I was a kid and he was the loveliest wholesome dude, so much time for likeminded people. This interview was sick could watch you guys chatting for hours!

Architects is one of my favorite bands and very much one of the GOATS in the genre. This song and video are a solid 10. Crazy. Freakin masterpiece. Sam, you are a blessing to us fans man. Keep them coming! Oh, and TOUR TO SALT LAKE CITY, UT!!!
I saw Architects live last year, with While She Sleeps and Of Mice and Men. Hands down best concert I went to. First time I ever crowd surfed. Lets just say the night ended with myself going to the ER with a possible broken nose. I was feeling the energy. Mosh Pit!
Architects is a Awesome & Amazing Metal band from United Kingdom 🇬🇧 and I love ❤️ listening to Metal Music like Architects , Fear Factory, Ramnsteine, 3TEETH, Parkway Drive and Disturbed Amazing Interview with the Vocalist of Architects 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Saw them at Aftershock this last fall. They were great! I loved that he was drinking tea and wearing a soccer jersey haha. I had heard of them before since I am a big Sylosis fan and Josh Middleton played guitar for them for a little bit. Now I’m a fan since seeing them live.
When I saw Bad Omens go on before Linkin Park in Dallas I was the only one standing up and enjoying it. I was looking around like wait y'all aren't hyped that Bad Omens gets this opportunity? I was very confused and I really did not understand that people there at the show really aren't in the scene much but wanted to hear Linkin Park songs live for the first time or again after so many years. I am happy y'all were talking about that pressure and how wild it is for these bands who to me are big bands currently are going to play before Linkin Park and have that pressure on them to do well and have the crowd be excited to hear them. It truly is a wild time to exist with the return of such a massive band who really did shape the scene in a way that only know gets to be reflected on because of the return. But I think bands like Architects is making music that we all can appreciate.
Was supposed to see these guys twice in Raleigh NC during the pandemic maybe when the tour for this album cycle comes around hopefully Raleigh will be on the list and I can finally see yall
Dat thumbnail though, hahahaha 😆 People always say that the best ideas happen on the toilet, that was definitely not the case here. 😜 At least you try to make amends. 😁 Seriously though, great talk! Sam and the guys don't deserve the hate they get. 🙏

I didn't get into Architects until Animals and For Those Wish That To Exist, but since I have gotten into them I love everything they have released, including Classic Symptoms of a Broken Spirit. Holy Hell is great too, but I haven't went too far back from that record but I don't understand the hate they received for the last two albums. They are growing and developing a new fan base and it seems to be working. Can't wait for the new record!
curse and now blackhole are really showing new gen architects have found their identity. absolute bangers eager for the album to drop. Sam looks and sounds in a good place, shame about the shit they had to put up with throughout the last album cycle but it's looking promising now
Great interview! It's always a great pleasure to listen to Sam! The new song and video are insane! I'm also so happy that Architects will support Linkin Park! These two bands won my heart and soul! I've been to Linkin Park concerts with Chester five times. To Architects three times so far, but I'm looking forward to seeing them again! Definitely my band number one! I was so happy when they supported Metallica. I've been to the concert in Warsow, Poland, proudly wearing Architects' T-shirt among all those people wearing Metallica.😁 Unbelievable band! Waiting for the new album!❤🖤
I've been a fan of Architects since Hollow Crown and had the chance to see them live in a 600 capacity club. To be honest I didn't connect with any record they've done since Holly Hell, but this time i'm so hyped and confident for the next album ! Going to see them live in March in a 14 000 places arena, this time... I feel old.
I’m absolutely loving the new track! While a third chorus would’ve been a nice addition, I’m not complaining-this song is a total banger! All four singles from the upcoming album have been phenomenal, and I’m loving the direction the band is taking with their sound. I’ve been a huge fan for years, with All Our Gods and Holy Hell ranking as not just my favorite albums by them, but among my favorite albums of all time across any genre (though a few others come close). This new album feels like the long-awaited follow-up to Holy Hell-or maybe the continuation we’ve all been waiting for. Either way, I’m thrilled!
The videos are crazy, I could tell it was almost identical to the new Falling In Reverse videos and it looks amazing, I'm liking these high budget videos bands are doing. Really steps up the game.
The new singles ahead of the album release are some of the best stuff they’ve ever done. Sam is also someone I would love to meet one day, super genuine guy
The last album was different but still quality music. I wont fault a band for experimenting and following their heart. This new album def shaping up to be true modern Architects.
