Hey, nice video, it helped me a lot - I just got, SRT303, I won it cheap (23 Euro = approx $24-25), it was sold if very nice condition, but it came with quite horrible dent on the top of prism case (fortunately it did not crush anything inside), so the video definitely helped me figuring out how to take the top off and partially fix that dent... but as it came with Metz flash, Minolta 55mm adapter ring, Minolta polarising filter, Minolta Close up lens and the body seems to be working fine - I cannot really complain... I have a question hower, few weeks earlier I bought SRT101 and both cameras at longer shutter times (101 below 1/30, 303 below 1/4) keep the mirror up, after releasing shutter, until I rewind it... is that normal or it needs adjusting?
This video is terrible, you forgot to mention to set the shutter speed to b and asa to 6400, making reassembly nearly impossible. So thanks for that. Perhaps you could rename the video, instructional on how to break your camera...
Not a bad idea for a title, but I am sorry about that it's taken me a lot of time to try and communicate the things I'm used to just doing but I will make a more informative video on this soon to hopefully prevent further errors.
Helps me fix cameras and likes UFC! What a guy!
rogue screw, was it the strap lug screw?
That music drives me absolutely crazy! That's why I don't live in an apartment any more.
If you take out that rod that you pull up to open the back, can you open the back in any other way? I think I've locked mine
You would need to remove the top to access the back door release from there

What kit can I buy to get these tools for removal?
Could you do a video showing how to rewind the meter strings? I got an SRT303 and they're all buggered.
What screw driver set do you have?
