Love this workout. The Russian twists are one of my favorite exercises. Along with the obliques we also get asked about the lower abdominals as well. Would love to see a video targeting that area as well!

very nice guide to working the obliques. i do ab and other muscle workouts, but some people tell me before doing this i should just do a bunch of running and other cardio to shed fat, then do these exercises to sculpt lean muscle. isn't it perfectly fine to do this and other forms of exercise, even if you can't see my abdominal muscles because of some belly fat? don't muscles burn fat?
Can you do a video on how to reduce the bust size? I know that's not the case for you but there is not videos and information in you tube for this. Pleaaaaaaase

Breasts are mostly made out of fat. So I'd say any cardio or fat burning workouts will help with reducing the size of your bust, as you naturally lose the fat everywhere else on your body :)
Start with a clean diet, and cut out as much sugar as you can. Focus on more cardio and fat burning exercises 3-4 times a week, and overtime, you're guaranteed to see results. But consistency is key! :)
Just a friendly tip...be careful about your position doing these excercises...make sure it's correct...I hurt my tailbone and couldn't sit for 3 days...
