I have enjoyed riding slowly thru old graveyards on my motorcycle’s over the years. There is a special feeling you get when stopping to take a break from a long ride to pay tribute to all of the souls that are there.
In the 1970s I was friend of Peter Stone's family and always admired his works racers which he still had in his basement in Pakuranga including his 350 KTT. I have lost contact with the family over the years and wonder if his son Greg who was also a motorcycle fanatic still has the bikes. Have you heard of this machine? He also had a works Jawa. Peter used to work with Lauri Summers and raced with Len Perry, Percy Coleman and the likes. Isle Of Man etc.
Loved your heart felt feeling for these prewar Velocette's and the fact that you are keeping them in use to day thank you for the trip down memory lane i enjoyed every minute of your video keep safe Sir.
Hey Phil, my dad owns a 1937 MSS that I have had the pleasure of riding ( he still rides it) throughout my life. These motorcycles are absolutely fantastic but you have to have ridden them to truly understand. I was able to take the Velo to a local racetrack in South Africa for a couple of laps which il never forget. Velocettes have somewhat of a following where ever they ended up. I had the pleasure of seeing a MkVIII get rebuilt over a number of years that eventually went to race in England. Thanks for your channel.
Wonderful. Truly enjoyed your presentation and passion. Are those your sculptures, if so i like them, they are fun and great. I am a designer living in Japan and have fallen in love with the vintage bike scene here. In fact, looking at your Velocette which is beautiful, i was wondering if you could give the specs on your rims and what tires you are using. I'm actually looking to upgrade these on a Honda Super Hawk. I also like the dove on your tank and the cross on your rear fender. Domo arigato.

Lovely production, wonderful bike.
An excellent spokesman for Velocette ..... A velo virtually saved me from having a nasty accident in my teens due to its A1 handling .......
We can’t move for mk8,s around here , great film ,
BRILLIANT video, blimps into the past TODAY. I once was a proud owner of a 1938 production KSS
What a beauty! Some people age well, but art and artefacts go on. I wish I still had my tatty old Viper.
