Thanks sir it's really helpful for us.but i have a question also in our case 1-under dpc 22 our juniors (reserved candidates) got promotion against backlog vacancies but in fue month latter supplementary dpc 22 were done and few general candidate got promotion in the same year as a result seniors becomes juniors in the seniority.if administration had given promotion for all cader on time this type of irregularities not happened.how the seniority maintain in this case.
In BMC my dept refused my promotion in 2019 and given promotion to next 12 candidates after paperwork of four and half years they are ready to give me promotion now. They are ready to give my seniority but not giving monetary difference of four and half years. Saying that you are not work on promoted post. What is a rule?
अगर कोई department 5साल तक भर्ती नहीं निकलता है तथा एक बार निकालता भी है तो कोई भी सीट fill नहीं हो पाता है तो क्या उन सीटों को promotion वाले कर्मी को दिया जा सकता हैं।यह बताए कि क्या नियम हैं कि direct seat कितने सालों तक carry forward होता है
सर, मेरा सिलेक्शन SSC 2010 batch मे हुआ और उस बैच में मेरी merit सबसे Last थी. 1. मैने 6 महीने का एक्सटेंशन लिया और उसी एक्सटेंशन time मे मैने 03.10.2012 को Central Excise department में join कर लिया. 2. लेकिन इसी बीच कुछ transferees Inspector ( Inter Zonal Transfer) ने मुझ से पहले 01.10.2012 और उससे पहले join कर लिया. 3. Transferees Inspector को मुझ से पहले seniority दी गई है, because of their date of joining. 4. However they are not part of merit batch SSC 2010 and their is no separate quata for them also. They are just adjusted against the DR( Direct Recruits) Vacancy. Please guide me whether the seniority of transferees officer over me are rightly done by department?

in case of change in r&p rules can it affect promotion of old employees retrospectively
