The best thing about CUL is that she's like Iroha.
Her look is slightly intriguing. You'd think CUL would have a nice, low voice, though she had a wonderful, high voice. And with Iroha, you'd expect her to have a wonderful, high voice, though she has a nice, low voice.
When I seen this, I was like, "It couldn't be THAT Discord." and clicked it, curious to see what Vocaloid song it was.
And then my mind was blown by the epic crossover of ponies and Vocaloid.

She's meant to sing lower than what she normally sings. Her voice is nasally, so if she's not set at the right pitch for her voice, she sounds whiny. If you listen to nightmare she sounds a lot better.
OMG I can't get over how much she reminds me of kagura from InuYasha in this picture just give it a color edit and cul and her could be like twin sisters or something!
